Let's start with our vineyards which are the basis for obtaining the quality raw material, then we explain all the phases to obtain the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Dop, of Modena Igp and Balsamic Condiments telling our story.
To conclude, there will be a pleasure to taste it both naturally and with a combination of Food, Parmesan 24 months with Dop Vinegar, bruschetta with caramelized onions with igp vinegar, and savoring a good glass of wine.
