After making the reservation, Cool Destinations sends a confirmation to the customer. This confirmation includes details such as the pickup date and time, pickup and delivery location, as well as any additional relevant information.

On the agreed date and time, the driver will contact you to establish a meeting point depending on whether it is the airport or hotel, he will arrive at the pickup location established by the client. The driver can help the client with luggage or any other specific needs.

The client is transported in our comfortable and luxurious units from the pickup point to the desired destination. During this time, the driver follows predefined routes and traffic regulations to ensure a safe and efficient trip.
