Meeting and Pickup
You should reconfirm your return transfer and pick up time 24h before service day. Required data: Surname and Viator/Tripadvisor booking reference (ex: BR-...).An email will also be sent to the hotel reception 24h prior departing, indicating the time and meeting point.If by any chance you do not receive information, it is IMPORTANT and COMPULSORY that you contact us 24 hours before your departure and during office hours to be given your pick-up time. Please have with you your booking reference number and follow the instructions given by the automatic confirmation system.Please ensure that you are at your confirmed pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance as indicated on your departure list and have your voucher ready to give to the driver. If the driver by any chance is more than 10 minutes late, please call us immediately.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Lisbon city or coast hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

Passengers are not obliged to declare small items of hand luggage such as a handbag, shoulder bag, this must be placed in the footwell of the vehicle.
- Booster seats are available if requested at time of booking
- Please provide the following information: Your flight details (flight number, airline name, departure/arrival date and time) and hotel name and address.
