What To Expect
We track your flight status in real time, so your driver will be at the right place, right on time, even if your flight is delayed.
At Lisbon Airport, our Hostess or Driver will greet you at the Arrival Hall with a nameplate and escort you to your vehicle. For hotel or address pick-ups, our drivers arrive early to assist with your luggage.
For smooth communication, please provide your phone number when booking and keep it on upon arrival. Our driver will contact you once you land.
This service includes flight tracking and a 1-hour free waiting time after your flight arrives. For non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes of waiting from the scheduled pick-up time.
Each passenger is permitted one suitcase and one personal item. If you have extra luggage, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate it.
Infant seats are available upon request during booking (extra charges may apply).
