National Parks of Northern England, most amazing scenery, filming sites, famous castles and châteaux
In a most positive way, this was a super long way filled with some amazing scenery and a great guide who is also the owner of his company. Andrew was simply amazing, and he kept our attention all day long, making sure that we were comfortable enough. He also brought various snacks and had water on board, plus the ride in the Mercedes V class that he owns, made us sure we were super comfortable. His tours are not scripted, and he provides a lot of insight.In short, we saw the following, Yorkshire Dales National Park, the site where All Creatures Great and Small was filmed, Bolton Castle wehere we stopped for coffee, The Bowes Museum, County Durham, Twice Brewed village where we had a lunch stop, next we saw Hadrian’s Wall, and we passed through Northumberland National Park, the most popular border area between England and Scotland.A day filled with great moments, stunning natural scenery, and amazing stories. This is the kind of day you remember for a lifetime. Thank you, Andrew, for showing us some of the best parts of Northern England.
