We had the absolute best experience! Family of 7 with older kids /young adults. Ricardo was our tour guide and he was absolutely the best! The rancho we visited during the ATV ride gave us fresh coconuts, had some alligators, chickens, parrots to observe. We tipped them and bought some snacks there. The day started as : We took the catamaran over, left our stuff at a restaurant on the water and then did the ATV trip down the beach and back with the stop at the ranch midway. Then came back to open bar, swimming and the best food. The food was also very affordable and the service was even better!!!

Talk about the perfect day! From the moment we booked, the communication was outstanding. Every question was answered quickly, the pickup instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome.The boogie boarding was an incredible experience! The Pacific waves were huge, and crashing through them was unlike anything we've ever experienced. The banana boat ride was also an absolute blast and had our whole family laughing the entire time.As someone who has to eat gluten-free, I was so appreciative that they went above and beyond to accommodate me by preparing a special meal of plain chicken, rice, and corn tortillas. It made me feel truly taken care of. The drinks kept flowing, and the service never missed a beat.Our family had the most amazing experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a fun, well-organized excursion with exceptional customer service, I can't recommend this company highly enough. We would book with them again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful day out on the catamaran. Crew was great! Jose and Paul were fantastic and Ricardo arranged lunch for us. Bring snorkel gear if you want to see some fish. But honestly, riding around and floating and relaxing was incredible!

Firstly Ricardo was amazing even before the tour, replied to my emails quickly! The actual tour was awesome, Ricardo met us on time and was very knowledgeable, and caring of the guests needs. We have 3 ATVs and my 16 yrs old had the best day! I also couldn’t take the smile off my face as I was speeding on the open beach… what a beach blast as the tour indicates. Beach loungers are included and also drinks which I didn’t expect.. The food in the restaurant is good too! Ricardo had it all covers from cold water to beers and even tequila 😂 great tour by Ricardo

Ricardo was our tour guide what an amazing experience we had because of him. He went above and beyond and was very considerate of our needs. We had a fun filled memorable day. Highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Mazatlan. We had a blast on the ATVs it almost seemed we had our own private each and jungle experience. Our 11 year old daughter also enjoyed her first experience riding at ATV. 10/5 stars for Ricardo and 5/5 stars for the entire tour and experience.

This was a great experience! All transportation was taken care of and we made it back to the cruise ship on time. My kids enjoyed the banana boat and I enjoyed the city tour.

We had a great time on this excursion but we experienced difficulties getting to the meeting point on time due to traffic. We were communicating with the tour that we would be late and would like to join the next group, however it was full. Nevertheless we followed the group to the launching site and our original group was waiting for us!! Amazing! thanks so much for a great day in Puerto Vallerta. The snorkeling was great and so was the beach and the food Definitely worth the cost.

David was great. Our time of us getting back on the ship change to earlier and David reached out to me and adjusted our time. All of the workers for so friendly and nice. The beach was amazing. We loved the banana boat. This was I our second time here.

Great people, very welcoming and the beach was absolutely beautiful and would recommend this to anyone that is visiting Mazaltan.

It turned out our tour came right after Xmas so we were just the two of us with Ricky as our MC. The trip started with a pickup near our hotel then goes on to be a mix of a taxi ride around some of the older parts of town and the to the dock for a boat ride. That is followed by the ATV blast along the beach for several miles, a visit to one of the coconut farms, another ATV blast back, a quick lunch at your own expense if that was not included, then back to the boat. etc. Fun trip...Ricky was a great host.

We had a terrific time! The ATVs were so much fun and our guide/driver Ricardo was very helpful. We also loved the coconut experience as well. Would recommend!

The whole experience was great fun and relaxing. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The beach water at stone island was as warm as a bath.
