Originally we wanted to catch the train from Sarajevo to Mostar but their online booking system was down for multiple weeks. Instead we booked this private transfer and glad we did. Our driver (sorry forgot his name) was great, and showed up punctually. We stopped at Konjic, which was a pleasant surprise and picturesque with it's old bridge. Highly recommended.

My friend & I booked this tour from Sarajevo to Mostar for an airport transfer. Our driver Vedad was absolutely wonderful. We had a delay in our flight and he was very accommodating and patient with us, answered all of our questions on the ride to Mostar regarding the history of the country etc. He even stopped at a gas station for us so we can get waters and snacks. He helped us with our luggage and walked us over to our hotel since you couldn’t drive on the road. I hope to see him again!

Vahid made our first visit to Bosnia truly special. He was always on time, drove a very clean car, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He shared interesting information about the cities like a tour guide and was always offering help whenever needed. Thanks to Vahid, we felt welcomed and enjoyed Bosnia even more. I had an amazing time in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it was only made better by Vahid. He was an excellent driver and also had a lot of history to give about Bosnia and as someone who was going for the first time, it was exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling.

I was picked up by Bojan on time, he was very warm - a lovely welcome to the country. I was travelling by myself so he walked me all the way to my airbnb as it was a pedestrian street and the car could not go there. From what I can tell, the tour company itself is lovely as I did book other things with them.

This is a review to highly commend the service we received from Dream Balkans, under some very challenging circumstances. I had initially approached them to enquire about airport transfers and day trips for a group booking that I was arranging to Sarajevo. From the early communication over Whatsapp they were extremely responsive and helpful. I decided to book with them and they remained in contact in the run up to our departure. Where they have exceeded all expectations is when our group encountered massive disruption with our Ryanair flights. Our flight was unable to land and was diverted to Dubrovnik where we remained on the tarmac for 4 hours. During that frustrating time I received frequent whatsapp messages, to assure us they were on hand to assist and offered various solutions depending on what the outcome of the flight disruption would be. They tracked our flight and even after a 6 hours delay and another failed attempt to land at Sarajevo, they were on their way to pick us up! In the end our flight turned back to the UK and our trip was abandoned, they messaged us the next day with very kind words and a sympathetic approach. To be honest, the team at Dream Balkans made an awful situation a bit more bearable. Although we did not make it to Sarajevo this time, we will try again and look forward to using their travel services then.

It was very comfortable to travel from Sarajevo Airport to our accommodation in Medjugorje. The friendly driver met all of our wishes and he was very helpful in carrying luggage. A very reliable and very comfortable way of transportation from Sarajevo Airport to Jahorina (30 kilometers) A friendly driver welcome us at Sarajevo Airport and helped us with our luggage. The transfer to Jahorina took about 40 minutes and everything was great. I recommend everyone visiting Jahorina to use the Transfer Services from ASFA Sarajevo Airport Transfer because they are the best!

I travelled to Sarajevo at the start of June with my Mum and Dad and we did 3 tours with Funky Tours; Sarajevo Total Siege, Livno Wild Horses Quad bikes and Sarajevo to Kotor Transfer (including the Herzegovina best of).All three tours were fantastic . The guides were really informative and generous with the sharing of their own personal experiences from both during the time of the siege but also after.The Funky Tours office team were also great. They responded very quickly to all my questions before and during our time in Bosnia and were always polite and clear.Would recommend traveling with Funky.

Had a great experience with Funky Tours using them for private transfer for 7 of us from Split to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Very impressed with communication.

Unfortunately, due to Ryanair not being able to land our plane in Sarajevo, due to bad fog, we were unable to meet our transport with Cool Destinations. However, they did come to meet us at the Airport in Sarajevo. Today 15th November 2025, Cool Destinations are collecting us from our accommodation in Sarajevo to return us to the airport and I am 100% positve, they will arrive to collect us. Therefore, I believe they deserve full star rating.

We were picked up at 4:45am and our driver was on time. The car was clean and in good working conditions. The driver helped us with our luggage.
