Great experience!!
We had an excellent time at the copper workshop. The short tour with Mak before was informative, and the workshop with Suleymen was fantastic. The workshop has limited spots, which was nice when we were in the workshop and learning from Suleymen. The workshop gave us a deeper appreciation for the difficulty of copper working, and we greatly appreciated Suleymen’s help with finishing our pieces. Suleymen and his brother were friendly, funny, and informative as we spent several hours in his workshop. Would highly recommend this excursion to anyone taking a trip to Sarajevo!

We had such a fantastic time at the graffiti workshop with Karim! We were running late because I completely underestimated how long the walk from the cable car would take, but Karim was so patient and reassuring. He made us feel like it was absolutely no problem and immediately put us at ease.He was incredibly friendly, laid-back and approachable, and was brilliant with my son. He made us both feel comfortable from the start and was excellent at explaining the techniques and guiding us through the process.What really stood out was how encouraging he was. He pushed us to tap into our inner artist and believe in our ideas, while also being there with helpful advice and tips when we needed a little extra guidance. He spent so much time with us and never once made us feel rushed - he was happy for us to take the time we needed to finish our artwork.I had so much fun! I’m not usually a very artistic person, but Karim genuinely brought out a creative side of me that I didn’t know I had. A brilliant experience that I’d highly recommend!One final thing that I really appreciated was that Karim asked for our consent before taking photos, and then captured lots of lovely candid moments of us creating our artwork. As I was travelling with my son solo, I often end up with lots of photos of him but very few of us together, so having those memories of the two of us was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus.

Amazing Luge experience
We spent two hours this morning with Mirza learning to luge and finding out about the 1984 Sarajevo Olympic track. All this from an Olympian - what more could you ask for?From start to finish Mirza was a fantastic instructor and taught us the basics of steering the sled to each of us having a number of goes on a part of the actual track.They only started doing this last year, but it is an absolute gem of an experience and I thoroughly recommend it if you are visiting Sarajevo.

Had an excellent morning doing the via ferrata with Abdulah! He was a great guide, very kind, supportive, and accommodating. We had so much fun and enjoyed chatting with him. He also took many photos throughout the climb and carried our stuff (sweaters and phones) in his bag for us which we could grab during breaks. He also had water and snacks for us, and made coffee at the top. This was our first via ferrata experience and would love to do another! Thank you so much!

I took this tour with Tarek as the guide. He was an excellent guide, really helping with understanding what happened in the region that still remains fresh in the memories of many people in the region. This is not a period of history that is taught in schools, at least in the UK, so it’s important that trips like this continue to take place.

I contacted Meet Bosnia tours directly via WhatsApp (link on their website) and they were very helpful, sorting out a tour for us the very next morning. We had a very charming and well-informed driver who arranged with us what we wanted to do in Konjic before and after the tour to Tito's Bunker. We were going to go to Tito's bunker by train/bus from Sarajevo but it was so much better going with Meet Bosnia as they sorted out the timing and all the strict admin around booking your military approval to go into the bunker! The actual bunker is fascinating - absolutely worth the trip.

Exceptional adventure!!!!
From the moment our guide arrived to pick us up at the starting point to the conclusion of our adventure was exceptional. During our walk down to the bobsled track, we were informed on the history of the area. During the trek to the location to spray paint, we were able to stop and see different parts of the track that were meaningful. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about everything Bosnia. We were taught before the spray painting began on how to be successful with it, learning the different types of caps and methods to create our masterpiece. We even had treats to conclude the celebration of our adventure.

We did a Via Ferrata tour with Sarajevo Experiences and absolutely loved it! The guide was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the whole time. The views were amazing, and everything was well organized from start to finish. It was a perfect mix of adventure and nature, and a great way to experience the area beyond the city center. September 8, 2025 My husband and I were picked up at 8:00am (right on time!) from our hotel in Sarajevo for our trip to Spilt, Croatia. Faris, our tour guide/driver was professional, knowledgeable, kind - an overall top notch tour guide. The knowledge Faris shared with us could not have been presented better. We enjoyed our day and each stop we made along the way - Konji, Mostar and a lovely lunch with Faris along the river, the monastery and rock formations, the ancient fortresses and Kraviche Falls. It was a day to remember as we made our way to Split. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Faris.

Cool Rewards

  • Cool Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Cool Destinations. Rewards may be earned by any eligible person holding a Cool Destinations account, subject to the Cool Destinations customer Terms of Use.

Earning rewards

  • Rewards can be earned by making bookings on the Cool Destinations website. You will be able to see the value of the rewards you can earn during the booking process.
  • Earned rewards will be issued in a pending state and will move to a confirmed state 24 hours after the start time of the experience.
  • Earned rewards will be available to redeem once they are no longer in a pending state.
  • For bookings that are moved to a different travel date, the rewards will be redeemable after the amended travel date.
  • If a booking where rewards were issued is canceled, the earned rewards will not be redeemable and will be moved to a canceled state.

Redeeming rewards

  • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
  • Any available rewards will be automatically applied the next time you make a booking, and their value will be deducted from your order at checkout, unless you choose not to apply them, which requires you to indicate this via the toggle switch. Bookings made using rewards are subject to the standard Cool Destinations Customer Terms of Use.
  • You will not be able to redeem only a portion of your available rewards at checkout. It is only possible to redeem all or none of your available rewards.
  • There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If rewards are redeemed against a booking that is canceled or refunded, the rewards will be reissued to your account.

  • You can check your Cool Destinations account to see the rewards you have collected at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your rewards balance is correct.
