Good service. I arrived late evening and driver waiting and friendly. The driver was also kind to ensure I got safely to hotel reception as part of road closed.

The traffic was dreadful, but we had a lovely female driver who was punctual, had a very clean electric car and provided a 5* service. Top marks :-)

Absolutely pleasant transfer from Pristina Airport to the city center. Everything went smoothly; I was greeted at the airport, my luggage was immediately assisted with, and the vehicle was very clean and air-conditioned. There was also WiFi available, but I did not use it. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe with my chauffeur and would book again.

My driver was waiting right at the door as I came through into arrivals with a piece of paper with my name on it. He offered to carry my bag to the car also. Easy to book, stayed in communication pre-arrival, payment was simple, upon arrival the driver was waiting at the described location with my name clearly marked in a sign.
