Naser is a star. Wonderful ❤️ tour guide with an extensive knowledge. You can ask him any question that comes to.your mind. He has all the answers with deep explanations. We enjoyed a lot. Monastery was stunning. Bear sanctuary is remarkable as well. Has a restaurant in where you find freshly cooked pogacas (i am not sure if i pronunce well) in a stunning atmosphere. Just a small note most of the shops in Pristina were closed on sunday. Cafes and restaurants were open. Could be better in the week days if you like souvenirs . We couldn't book for Prizren . Next time we want to see Prizren as well .

A great experience of Kosovo in a very manageable time. Nasser is a superb host as well, and the tour covers so much of Kosovo. Affordable too!

Beyond that, he has the most humble etiquette and a genuine, heartfelt sense of hospitality on behalf of his people.As someone who loves exploring history, I really appreciated how the tour captured the essence of both Prishtina and Prizren — from the mosques and churches to the key landmarks. We also got to experience Balkan food and culture along the way, which made it even more special.The people we met were so polite, welcoming, and relaxed. It truly gave me a warm impression of Kosovo.The tour is absolutely worthwhile if you want to cover both the capital and the second-largest city. In my opinion, Prizren has the more picturesque views. The journey between the two cities is beautiful too — lush mountain views and clusters of homes with terracotta roofs.I only had a couple of days in the country. The first day was the tour, which left me both satisfied and in awe. The second day I used to enjoy the hotel spa.Semin’s English is also fantastic. Most young Kosovars learn English as a second language, and many are taught Oxford English. Semin understood everything, was very attentive, and made the whole experience seamless.Highly recommend booking with him if you want a thoughtful, informative, and warm tour of Kosovo.

What a great day with an amazing guide Naser. He has an incredible amount of knowledge to share. The trip to see the bears was lovely and the monastery was just beautiful. Naser went out of his way to ensure everyone was safe and having a good time. He regularly consulted the group when plans needed altering whilst making sure everyone had a full on experience and value for money. We would 100% recommend this trip and if you are lucky enough to get Naser as your guide then you will learn so much. Exceeded all our expectations. Thank you Naser.

This tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Enes was first class. His knowledge of the culture and history of Kosovo gave us a fantastic insight. The tour was conducted at just the right pace and Enes gave us the choice of how the day ran. We visited all the important sites in Pristina before heading to Prizren where we had a tour of similar quality. If you are interested in having an excellent tour of these two key cities then this tour will do it for you. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Enes as your guide.

Semin, our guide, was great! He definitely has a strong grasp on the history of Prizren and the country of Kosovo and he finds a way to connect the material to the people in his tour. Not only did he lead us on a walking tour that lasted over 2 hours, but he also was very willing to answer any questions we had and even made recommendations for other things to do in Prizren and/or good local places to eat and drink at. Semin is an open, friendly and impressive young man. You can’t go wrong with him! He was truly a wonderful guide. If you’re ever in Prizren, do yourself a favor and book his tour!😊

Had two tours plus arrival and departure transfers. Everything was excellently organised and the tours were exactly what we wanted. They were also very good value. Visited a good range of historical sights and towns and got a good feel for Kosovo. Arsim was excellent and gave appropriate knowledge as and when needed. He was friendly and very professional. Definitely recommended.
