Really special tour with a focus on how to navigate this huge city. The tour is personal, fascinating, and informative. Fernando is full of enthusiasm and is so good at helping you feel connected to why the city is a meaningful place full of art, history, and vibrancy. I loved learning about the “Utopias” and what is being done to give transformative opportunities to people. This talk flowed perfectly with the history and the transportation infrastructure where we saw the rooftop murals from the gondolas. Fernando was an excellent guide and incredibly knowledgeable about the city. It was the best tour I’ve ever been on. It was helpful and intimate and always interesting. And for much of it your above the city with quiet, beautiful views.

My husband and I spent five wonderful days in Mexico City over the Labor Day weekend, and our cable bus tour with Fernando Acosta was the highlight of our trip!Fernando is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Mexico City. He took our small group to Ixtapalapa, where we experienced the city from a completely different perspective. We learned about the history, culture, neighborhoods, and Mexico City's amazing integrated transportation system.Riding the cable bus was such a unique experience! We loved seeing the colorful homes, beautiful murals, painted walls and ceilings, and getting a glimpse of everyday life in the city. We even enjoyed a delicious taco in Ixtapalapa! During the tour, we experienced the subway, train, and cable bus—it was truly an unforgettable adventure.We highly recommend Fernando's cable bus tour to anyone visiting Mexico City. We had a great afternoon with Claudia and Hugo tasting tacos and seeing the city! We loved every taco we ate. Seeing the city from the cable car is a unique experience. The highlight was biking around Chapultepec park and down Reforma. If you love biking and tacos this is a highly recommended tour!

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip. Starting with a night hike up to watch the sun rise behind Popocatépetl and Iztaccihuatl was worth losing the sleep for — the meditation session at dawn made it even more memorable. Getting to plant a tree as part of the tour was a nice touch too. Jose, our guide, made the whole experience. He was warm, patient, and clearly loved sharing the city’s history and culture — he had stories and local insight for every stop, and made sure nobody felt rushed or lost in the group. He checked in with everyone individually, answered every question, and had a great sense of humor that kept the group’s energy up even during the early wake-up call. Tours like this live or die by the guide, and Jose was easily one of the best I’ve had.

This was absolutely fun and just a great time. We got to stop at 2 different street taco spots and ate as much as we wanted. Everything tasted great. Our guide told us all about Lucha Libre - its history - culture and how mush fun it is. For first time visitors to CDMX I would recommend and if you haven’t seen a LL show before I HIGHLY recommend. Absolutely worth the cost and time.

This was such a fun night! Tannia and Juan Carlos were great guides - fun, kind, knowledgeable, and very organized. I learned a lot about Mexico City and Lucha Libre. We visited two amazing taco places in different neighborhoods. The guides gave us a very helpful pre show talk about lucha libre, how to navigate the venue, and the best ways to get back to hotel. The show itself was very entertaining, and the whole event is such a unique experience even if you are not into wrestling. Highly recommend!

We gave no idea it was...
We gave no idea it was going to be that far or we were going to take metro to get there. The guide guy (Jose Luis) was very good and made us feel safe, and know the other part of Mexico. The poor areas, I have had experience the good areas but we learned how big Mexico City is and appreciate more the people who worked harder than any person I known. He even took us to other area that we asked we wanted to visit. He was very friendly and open to our wishes. I encourage everyone to visit Iztapalapa!!

I really enjoyed the tour and Vicente’s excellent guidance. He took us to the cave and García, and while driving, he explained the history of Monterrey and shared his own views and perspectives.This was our family’s first trip to Mexico, and his descriptions of the cities and life in Monterrey were very helpful as we explored the city on our own in the following days. Our whole family really appreciated it.The cave tour was amazing! We don’t speak Spanish, but Vicente explained everything to us in English, which made the experience much more enjoyable. We made some wonderful memories, and we are very grateful to Vicente for making our first trip to Mexico so special.
