The facility was beautiful, clean, and well organized. I had an amazing time, the wait times were not long and it was not too crowded. Also the price for all three levels was very good, definitely recommend.

I had a great hot stone massage with Chris. it was very pleasant and I was able to unwind and enjoy the hour.

It is worth spending an entire day in the spa and living this experience. You relax, away from cell phones and focus on your body.

Great fun day made even more special with a full body massage by Diana- left feeling totally relaxed and energised. The spa was amazing, breathtaking and so clean. So much to do and see, so do get there early. The food was amazing, the cocktails delicious……

The baths in Bucharest are definitely a place to visit. They are very well organized, and everything works perfectly; the staff is very attentive to ensure that you follow the rules. The spaces are very large, with many restaurants, bars, and relaxation areas for all tastes. The only downside is that the changing rooms are mixed with men and women, there is no distinction, and the spaces for changing are quite narrow, but they are clean and fairly organized. In the changing rooms, you will also find hair dryers available. With the electronic bracelet that is given at the entrance (different for the type of ticket purchased), you can pay without carrying a credit card. Once you exit, the bill is settled. I found it to be a very convenient tool. Even the dining areas, which are numerous, are well organized, meaning there is food for every taste, and in the Galaxy area, there is even a restaurant with a children's menu. Everything was perfect. Thank you, we had a great time.

Dream place, we could only access the Galaxy area because we have a little girl with us, but it is already equipped with everything: wellness area, accessible outdoor pools where you can order delicious cocktails directly in the water, fun slides and relaxation pool surrounded by wonderful palm trees. The restaurant inside was great with a wide choice. Also not expensive. Highly recommended!

Super clean and modern, go with your eyes closed

Out of this world. The outside temperature was minus 7 which made it more magical but our full day was filled and very enjoyable. Massage beds, ultrared lamps, cocktails, different spa pools... the perfect day

The tour was actually Bohemian food tour of Bucharest.Angelica was fantastic all the information and the joy and the hospitality and giving me links to things that we talked about!

Fantastic place to visit! So much to see and do with different areas for different needs! Would definitely go again! Lots of fun and relaxation!

We had a wonderful time here. There were indoor and outdoor swimming pools, heated to 33 degrees, really lovely. There were 3 different mineral pools to rest in, which were very relaxing. There was a pool which had a wave machine come on at set intervals. There were 4 water slides for children and 3 water slides for adults in one of the pool areas. There were a couple of pool bars. There were lots of sun loungers indoors (we went there in March and it was a lovely temperature indoors there). Lots of pretty palm trees and plants dotted around. There are aerobic activities at set times in the main pool. We took our own towels and flip flops, or you have to pay extra to hire them on arrival (wearing flip flops is compulsory by the pools). Our taxi driver told us that if you overstay your allocated time, you get charged extra, so we made sure we left just before our 4 hours were up. You can pay extra to go into the Elysium area upstairs, but we didn't feel the need to. There was plenty to do downstairs, for no extra cost. We read lots of reviews before we went there, saying staff are rude, but we didn't find this at all. They were very friendly and helpful to us.

Beautiful thermal baths, a bit crowded but worth seeing

Mihnea was my hero! He helped me find my lost bracelets. Everyone was kind, but he in particular made a great effort to help me recover them. I had left my bracelets in the pocket of my bathrobe, which had been accidentally taken by someone else. Mihnea truly deserves a promotion!!!!

Great experience! I had the most relaxing day, Therme is absolutely stunning and the process is stress free! No ques, no waiting for another persons, just perfect! Totally recommend!
