We had a wonderful day with Florian, who was very knowledgeable about the local areas and places we visited. He had the inside information on the range of places we visited and made sure we were not caught up in crowds etc. He made our visits to the mountains, glacier lake, horse stables and monestary memorable. We would highly recommend him if you want a personal, well planned and friendly guide. ⭐

Andrei is a great guide, friendly and professional. He has an intimate knowledge of the area and can easily adjust the experience to different difficulty levels while keeping it engaging and memorable. E-bike is a great way to explore the surroundings, experience the nature, involving some sportive effort but in a way that makes it approachable to everyone.

I contacted Tour Operator directly and I and my friend we went to see Poenari Fortress from Brasov. Florin, who was our Tour Guide was very professional and always ready to help regarding our trip and options available. Very good english and excellent approach. If you are in Brasov you should visit the bear sanctuary. They do amazing work and to see once abused bears protected and thriving is a joy. Bran castle is small, as castles go, but has an interesting and important history.

What a fabulous experience. Right from the moment our guide Bodgan picked us up he was so knowledgeable, fun and full of interesting facts and history about the region and Romania. He also gave us some tips about how best to navigate the climb and descent. We chose the longest and toughest climb which was full-on and a real work out but worth it for the views and experience. The ladders section required concentration as it was slippery but a brilliant experience.Bogdan was absolutely fantastic and totally made the experience. Thank you.

Alin was an amazing guide!We were picked up from our hotel which made it nice and easy & were then taken to the hide.On our journey we were given lots of interesting facts about bears and Romanias relationship with bears. We got very lucky when we went and saw over 10 bears. Would 100% recommend Alin - my boyfriend is very pleased with his pictures which he got below :)

We booked the Bran Castle tour and some additional options with Florin and had a truly wonderful day with him. He explained and showed us so much, and both the pick-up and the drive were very relaxed and comfortable. We especially enjoyed listening to his stories – it was great fun and made the day even more interesting.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the inside of Bran Castle. If you’re travelling during the high season, we would definitely recommend booking Fast Lane tickets in advance, as the waiting time would otherwise have been far too long.But Florin made the absolute best of the situation! Instead, he showed us even more of the beautiful surrounding area and took us to other interesting sights.We had a fantastic day and can highly recommend a tour with Florin!

Wonderful to see bears in the forest. Although they are tempted to the hide by food this is the only way you are sure to see them, and learn more about them. Vlad is an excellent knowledgeable guide which enhanced the experience greatly. Recommend this tour highly

This was such a fun experience! The e bikes made it easy and the scenery was beautiful. Our guide was awesome and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Highly recommend doing this unique activity while in Romania.

Wonderful Ethical Bear Experience
Honestly such an amazing experience! 🐻❤️ I had the best time at the bear hide. I got to see several bears really close up, including some adorable cubs, which was definitely the highlight! I also got to see foxes coming around, which was such a cool surprise.The whole experience was really peaceful and felt like I was just quietly watching the animals do their thing. Our guide was lovely and really knowledgeable, and you could tell how much he cares about the animals.Seeing the bears, especially the little cubs, was something I’ll never forget. Such a special experience and 100% recommend if you’re in the area!

Super morning on the 'seven ladders' canyon
I was a little nervous about committing to this as I sometimes suffer from vertigo. In fact it was not at all problematic and as we made our way up through the canyon we were surrounded by picturesque and dramatic scenery. The walk up to the start of the ladders was not insignificant but very manageable at the right pace. The guide Charlie paced this well despite the mixed ages and we all had a very enjoyable time

Alin was an excellent driver, and gave us lots of extra information about the Bear Sanctuary and Bran Castle. We really enjoyed both activities and highly recommend booking through Alin. Be aware that the terrain at the Bear Sanctuary has some loose gravel (older guests might find a walking stick and grippy shoes helpful).

Uplifting visit to a real bear sanctuary. No.punches pulled background into the cruel and inhuman treatment of bears in Romania. However it was amazing to see the rescued bears mow living a good life. Highly recommended but can be a little emotional if you love bears.
