We had the BEST day with our amazing guide, Tudor. He made our experience to Peles, Bran, & Rasnov perfect! I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's communicative, knowledgable, and concise. He's able to convey all the cultural and historical facts and information you would be interested in remembering without bogging you down with the ones you'd forget. In addition, we were the very first group into Peles castle which made for a perfectly peaceful experience with great photo ops compared to the hundreds of people lined up in queues behind us! He catered the entire experience to our small group of three people (myself, my partner, and one other perfectly matched traveler who we enjoyed being with) What a perfect day to learn more about Romania, it's history, and see the beautiful sites. Thank you Tudor! You made our experience!!!

Absolutely fabulous day tour with a very informative guide, Dan. Easy to get to pick up point on edge of old town at the library, and the whole day was smooth and streamlined. Even though there were a lot of people queuing at the castles we just sailed through as we were on a small group tour and didn't have to queue. Dan was knowledgeable and answered any questions. Also a very hood driver!! It was great value for the price. Highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end with an exceptional guide and a fantastic atmosphere. Victor is a walking encyclopedia! His fascinating stories, historical insights and passion made the entire experience even more magical and brought the places and legends to life. It was like stepping into a real fairytale. The visits to Sighisoara and Sibiu were breathtaking and unmissable, but the real value in this two day tour lies in the chance to explore the history and culture of Transylvania in a much greater depth by visiting picturesque fortified churches, monasteries, water mills and fortresses, which are typically quieter and less frequented by tourists despite their historical significance. Our guide, Florin, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We spent a few days in Brasov and thought that one of the best ways to learn about the area and experience the culture was to take a local food tour. Our guide, Andreea was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as she guided us through the local market showing us a variety of fruit and vegetable vendors as well as explaining some of the jarred delicacies. We sampled some of the fruit as well as a variety of cheeses. She then guided us, purchased our tickets and escorted us on an easy bus trip ride to Old Town. Andreea explained the history of the area and then we walked outside the city walls to a restaurant where we experienced true Romanian food. We learned about customs and traditions of typical Romanian families. She ordered a selection of dishes that we were able to try along with local spirits, beer and wine. The popular and iconic dessert, Papanasi was definitely one of the best treats that we sampled. This tour certainly allowed us to appreciate Romanian food culture!

Great experience, a great way to get to know this beautiful and very industrious area. Not only Dracula’s castle but much more.

We did a full day tour with our guide Marius.It was me, my wife and 3 grown up children.We were picked up from our apartment and did Bran Castle, the bear sanctuary, quick stop off at Palincaria distillery and finally Peles Castle.Marius provided us with water and umbrellas and the whole day was a fantastic experience.Every single thing we did was a lovely experience and the information / knowledge provided by Marius was fantastic and he was always happy to take photos and answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble.Must also mention communication was brilliant before and during our trip and he provided us with lots of information and recommendations not only for our stay in Brasov but also for our onward journey to Bucharest.Would have no hesitation in recommending these tours and we will definitely be using again next time we visit Brasov and Marius is an absolute superstar 😊Thanks for a wonderful day until next time.

We had a fantastic tour. The weather was bad but we still all had a great time. Our tour guide Daniela was so knowledgeable and told us the history of the areas. She made sure we got to the destinations on time whilst still having time to take it all in. She also gave us some great tips about where and what to eat which we followed up and was great. I would definitely recommend. All communication was easy and quick. Thank you for a great trip.

We got extremely lucky with our tour - the snow has been unreliable this season, and then we had to try and reschedule when my husband wasn't feeling well. The guys at Alpin were amazing about this - clear that due to weather they couldn't guarantee anything but kept in touch with updates and a new day and time once snow was confirmed. As it turned out, we had a beautiful sunny late afternoon, with about 10cm of fresh powder. Our guide, Ovi, made sure we were fitted with our snowshoes and poles, and had picked out a route.to make the most of the limited areas of deeper snow. We got clear instructions on technique, regular check ins as we progressed, and lots of bits of information on the area, the resort, and other attractions and activities to try. We absolutely loved the experience.
