Amazing day learning about The Troubles!
David picked us up at St George’s Market and shared personal stories of his childhood, and how his mother is a true peacemaker and his own decision to send his children to a mixed school in the hope of fostering peace. We learned so much, and enjoyed our time!

Fantastic private tour with our guide David. Picked us up at our hotel. David grew up in Belfast during the conflict and had great knowledge and perspective. Was an incredible experience and I highly recommend. While this topic is sad, so important to understand this important history.

Great experience
Paul was fantastic and personlised the tour a little and found places I wanted to see as my Dad grew up there. He really showed us both sides of the troubles and made it extra special for me by finding the place where my dad lived and also memorial plaques of family we had lost in the troubles. Would highly recommend Paul and this company. Thanks for making our time in Belfast extra special.

Great guide
Davy, our guide was great! Very informative and funny. Gave history and personal experiences thru out the tour. Would highly recommend. However, we booked thru Cool Destinations - black cab co never received our reservation and we waited for an hour for them. Gerard, owner, was very accommodating and we rebooked tour thru him. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and Davy was right on time. I will think twice before booking thru Cool Destinations again

An immersive and incredibly informative experience. Our tour guide Kevin was riveting and brilliant. We came away understanding so much more about the Irish experience than we had ever known - even as we consider ourselves relatively informed Americans ;)

Wonderful tour
We had a wonderful time on this tour. Learned a lot we didn't know before and it was heartbreaking to hear first hand account of what occurred but also liked the positive attitude for the future. Answered our many questions. Our guide was really helpful with the two of us with mobility issues.
