Brilliant experience all round

The tour guide James was beyond FANTASTIC! He told us more about Irish history and the troubles than we expected. It was educational, enlightening and he was able to recreate many of the significant events during the troubles. One of the best walking tours we have ever had and we are two seniors who have gone on many many walking tours. The audio equipments operated flawlessly which allowed everyone to hear the information clearly. It would be the one thing we would say no one should skip when visiting Belfast.

Phenomenal exhibition, very clean and easy to negotiate. There are elevators for those with mobility issues.

James took his time to explain the different abbreviation so that we could understand the tour, I'm 61yrs of age and could relate to information shared from what I could recall from the news as a teenager and also Say nothing also helped. His breadth of knowledge was deep and interesting and he has a way of including you and explaining without making you feel inadequate, I could have spent the day listening to his explanations and theories behind past and future possibilities. Thank you for your time, I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to further their understanding of the horrors that occurred over three decades, book or miss out on an experience that your soul needs.

This is a 3 hour tour so be prepared for a long walk. Our tour guide Tom was very knowledgeable on this subject and gave an excellent impartial view on what he was showing us. This was an excellent tour to get into the subject of the troubles in Belfast.

Joined the bus near the City Hall, good clear commentary explaining all the history of Belfast. Covered a lot of what makes Belfast tick, from building the Titanic to all the varied murals and their significance. Trip was about 90 mins in total. Good overview.

Had a great time with Steve this afternoon. Very knowledgeable, very kind and amiable. He took us around to important sites of recent Irish history and his narrative account was nuanced and fair. He was open to questions and willing to work around our travel needs. Thanks, Steve! We really appreciated the tour!

It was a great excursion - lots of walking (although there is a bus to use. Our driver Michael was awesome - he certainly kept us entertained

Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and did a good job explaining the conflict from both sides. He brought his personal history into it while remaining neutral the best kind of guide.

It was a relaxing and memorable day that gave us a wonderful appreciation of the Northern Irish countryside.Steven was exceptionally easy to work with. He collected us from our hotel, tailored both days around our interests, dropped us off wherever was most convenient and took excellent photographs of our family along the way. He is a clear and engaging storyteller, so we never missed any of the history or local knowledge he shared.What impressed us most was how far Steven went beyond his role as our guide. We were also helping our son move into university housing at Queen’s University Belfast, and Steven essentially became our local concierge. He coordinated additional drivers for the move, recommended excellent restaurants and even checked in with us after our tours had ended. He truly cared about making our entire stay a success.If you are looking for a knowledgeable, easy-going and accommodating private guide, do not hesitate to request Steven. He gave our family an exceptional introduction to Belfast, the Causeway Coast and this very special part of the world.

Our guide and driver Garry was humorous, knowledgeable and made the trip so much fun. We learned a little more about Ireland than we did before. The bus ride was comfortable with beautiful sceneries and we especially like that this is a half day tour which worked with our schedule.

What a fantastic time we had with our guide! He did such a wonderful job of teaching us about Belfast and since he is a native he had an insider's perspective. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 1/2 hour tour of Belfast. Please tell him also that the author my son mentioned is Adrian McKinty and the first book in the series is Cold Cold Ground. Great! Stops in the major spots and the guides are really good and funny. Some of the buses have the recordings in different languages and some have a guide speaking, without other languages. Unfortunately, there isn’t a Portuguese recording. The buses are half an hour apart, which isn’t bad.

Great experience John our driver was fantastic and shared some really interesting stories and insights into the areas and the history. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
