We had a great hike through Red Rock State Park, easy hike and very scenic. Then had a great restorative yoga under a tree. The hike first then yoga was in perfect order. The atmosphere was beautiful. Ethan is a great instructor. We would highly recommend this experience

This was such a unique experience. We learned some simple qigong movements along with breathing and meditation, but what I enjoyed most was learning how to become more aware of energy in my own body.I didn’t really know what to expect from an “energy experience,” but the exercises gave me a way to actually pay attention to what I was feeling rather than just hearing about energy.The class was gentle, relaxing, and beginner-friendly. I left feeling calmer and more connected to myself. A great experience while visiting Sedona.

We did this experience before actually going out to the vortex sites, and I’m really glad we did. It helped us go in with a bit more understanding instead of just showing up and wondering what we were supposed to feel. We went over the four main vortexes, and also picked up a few simple ways to actually tune in and experience the energy for ourselves.That part honestly stood out the most for me. It made the whole idea of a vortex feel a lot more grounded and personal, rather than something abstract you just hear about.It also helped that we got a quick overview of Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa, Boynton Canyon, and Bell Rock, so we had a better sense of where we might want to go afterward.Overall, it was a really relaxed and interesting way to start exploring Sedona’s vortexes.

It was a wonderful way to learn about Sedona’s four major vortexes before visiting them in person.Sohyung made the experience very warm and personal, and we learned a lot about the energy and meaning of each location. It gave us a whole different perspective on Sedona and made us even more excited to explore the vortexes ourselves.Highly recommend this experience, especially if it’s your first time in Sedona!

April provided an amazing sunrise hike and gentle yoga practice in Papago Park. We did some light hiking that included great views of Phoenix. We even saw two coyotes! I had a wonderful experience doing outdoor yoga on a cliff. It was a truly beautiful way to start my travels in Arizona!

What a wonderful way to spend the morning in the desert! Michelle has a delightful personality and is very knowledgeable about the desert landscape and the native cacti. Our hike was enjoyable leading to the "hole in the rock" which was definitely a highlight! Ending with a yoga session allowed me and my friends an opportunity to take in the incredible views, connect with our surroundings and breathe the desert, mountain air!

April gave us far more than a tour, she gave us a deeply restorative experience we will never forget. Our two-hour walking tour followed by a yoga session in the desert was grounding, soulful, and exactly what we didn’t know we needed. Her gentle yet steady voice, infused with breathwork, music, and intention, seemed to carry our tension away and sweep it into the desert itself.My partner and I booked this experience just before our flight back east, and it was the perfect way to close out our weekend in the Valley of the Sun - calm, centered, and full. April has a rare gift for holding space with warmth, presence, and authenticity. I booked with this company as I wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on an epic hike during my time in Arizona. As a solo traveller I wanted to make sure I took the trail with someone experienced and friendly to help me get the most out of it. And my goodness did Michelle deliver! Her guidance was so helpful and she gave me tips I'll be using in future "scramble" climbs, but overall her enthusiasm for the place and life shone through. Yoga at the top was exactly what was needed before the clamber down. I am so grateful to have had such a fun morning!
