Great time.
Our guide, Chris, was great. It was a bit of a windy day. So thankful Chris did not cancel the trip. We think other trips were canceled because we didn't run to many other kayaks and we had the cave all to ourselves with no waiting! Perfect. Chris was very knowledgeable and fun. He let us travel at our own pace which at the end became a bit competitive. lol. Great time. Highly recommend Chris as your guide.

Tour guide: Dylan and Jeff We had a group of 6 people and Dylan did an amazing job preparing us for the 4 hour experience. As beginners we found the tour enjoyable. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the history of the Colorado river and kayaking. Jeff was very helpful and took amazing photos. Would recommend this again. The earlier tour at 9:30 AM has less people trying to see the cave and relaxing at Bob’s beach.

One of the best things we did while we were in Vegas. Chris was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to give us all the information needed to kayak. He knew the history of the area and was able to help us watch for wildlife. He even shared some great photos with us. I would highly recommend booking with Blazin' Paddles. The communication prior to the tour was appreciated. Very specific instructions on where and when to meet. We did the self-driving morning tour. We did find out the afternoon tour will give you that emerald green water that's in the photo. If that's what you are looking for, go in the afternoon. The morning was still a great time to go if you want to avoid the crowds and heat.

We had a great time! Our group was small and we took two kids (6&10) with us. Our guide, Josh did a great job of explaining the area’s history and sharing fun facts. He was very patient with the kids and took lots of pictures for us. 10/10 would do it again!

After living in Tucson only 5 miles from this attraction for 9 years, moving away and moving back recently, we finally took the plunge and did the tour. It’s expensive but everything is these days and we have to pick and choose. Worth it! Our guide, Noah, was very knowledgeable, reassuring (it’s a deep cave!) and especially funny. (Though, Noah, I have an issue with calling what the bats could do to us as “going to the bathroom”. Defecating or excreting works.) There is a pervasive musky guano smell but it wasn’t strong and I didn’t mind it. So yes, guano happens, though we only saw 2 bats flying briefly and no “wetness from above”.There are lots of native stone stairs built by the CCC in 1934. No OSHA then so wear sturdy shoes and hold the hand rails. The lighting is better than expected. Overall, mildly challenging physically for this mostly healthy senior.The “stalacmeet” columns made up of stalactites and stalagmites meeting is so interesting. You also get to make different tones on some columns of the calcium carbonate with your fist for one and a small tool for others. Fun.The history includes cowboy train robbers hiding with their loot in it and the man who founded it moving his family down into the cave along with furniture and necessities for the torrid Sonoran Desert summers. It gets busiest in fall to spring when the snow birds come. Since we live here we took advantage of the lull in early September. From buying tickets on-line to completing the tour, perfectly stream-lined. Nice gift shop is the original stone house too.

I loved Trek Las Vegas kayaking tour.
Our tour went out at 830am. We got there and we greeted by the owners of the business. It was just my friend and I on this tour . They gave us time to use the restroom, go to the store and get drinks. We got back we went over the safety rules . We were a little nervous but Jake gave us the confidence that we could do it . We headed out Jake was very educated about the area. He told us so much about the history of the Colorado river . We made stops on the way down the river . Stopping and giving us the courage to do some hiking . I thought I couldn't do it . Well Jake got us up there and the view was amazing .I'm glad he didn't give up on me . We stopped at a few caves and a beach where we got to get in the water. He brought plenty of snacks and cold water for us. He took a lot of pictures of us during the tour and eir dropped them to our iPhone . It was a 6-7 mile kayaking tour and we were gone about 6 hours . We saw other tour groups out there and they were large groups . I loved that it was just my friend and I. Only because it was on a Tuesday and no one else booked the whole day tour . It was absolutely amazing! An experience of e life time that I will never forget. If I ever go back out that way I would definitely use them again . There are many choices out there but Trek Las Vegas is definitely the one to pick . They will not disappoint.
