Pistoleros Wild West Show
Pistoleros Wild West Show was a fun entertaining show that my son and I enjoyed. The show is operated and creativity performed as a family business It included both young and adult humor with some audience participation. My son enjoyed it so much asking to return in October for their Cowboys vs Pirates show.

Fun day of food and drinks and friends.
Nice way to spend the day in Tucson! We did a private tour due to the groups tours being sold out and actually really appreciated that there was only 3 of us and could go at our own pace with Steve as our guide. Food, info and alcoholic drinks (at our own cost) were all really good. Our favorites were the Sonoran hot dog and the ice cream!

Classic Cave Tour at Colossal Caverhodaf814, Sep 2026
A fun adventure.
After living in Tucson only 5 miles from this attraction for 9 years, moving away and moving back recently, we finally took the plunge and did the tour.
It’s expensive but everything is these days and we have to pick and choose. Worth it!
Our guide, Noah, was very knowledgeable, reassuring (it’s a deep cave!) and especially funny. (Though, Noah, I have an issue with calling what the bats could do to us as “going to the bathroom”. Defecating or excreting works.) There is a pervasive musky guano smell but it wasn’t strong and I didn’t mind it.
So yes, guano happens, though we only saw 2 bats flying briefly and no “wetness from above”.There are lots of native stone stairs built by the CCC in 1934. No OSHA then so wear sturdy shoes and hold the hand rails. The lighting is better than expected. Overall, mildly challenging physically for this mostly healthy senior. The “stalacmeet” columns made up of stalactites and stalagmites meeting is so interesting. You also get to make different tones on some columns of the calcium carbonate with your fist for one and a small tool for others. Fun.The history includes cowboy train robbers hiding with their loot in it and the man who founded it moving his family down into the cave along with furniture and necessities for the torrid Sonoran Desert summers.
It gets busiest in fall to spring when the snow birds come. Since we live here we took advantage of the lull in early September. From buying tickets on-line to completing the tour, perfectly stream-lined. Nice gift shop is the original stone house too.

An Absolute Gem with GREAT tour guides!
What an absolute gem this museum is! Our tour was given to us by Cindy (mostly) and Wolf and, since we were the only ones there at the time, it was quite the personal tour. We learned so much from the exhibits and the presentations and walked away with a much better idea of how critical this presidio was/is to the State of Arizona. We were not aware of history behind the Presidio nor how important the Presidio was to the formation of what was to become the great State of Arizona. We live in North Phoenix and occasionally run down to Tucson for concerts, etc. Two of our sons went to U of A in Tucson and we literally accidentally stumbled across this phenomenal museum. In our opinion, this is a must see! Thanks, Cindy and Wolf! We shall be back.

Tucson’s Dark History True Crime Downtown Tour429luceel, Sep 2026
Fun, interesting, entertaining!
The Dark History tour was so fun and interesting! It was the perfect opportunity to go for a walk, see the city, and learn about it as well. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job administering the information in an easy-to-digest manner. If you have lived in Tucson or are just visiting, this tour is highly recommended!

We ate cave spiders
Had an absolutely amazing time here! Our tour guide was Eric, he was extremely knowledgeable. He taught us how to effectively hunt and eat cave spiders. We were down there for three months!

Mt. Lemmon wins over Saguaro - make the detour to Rose Lake and the Sky Valley ski lift.
If you have a rental vehicle and need to organize a trip around your schedule - this works very well. Good idea.

A great experience
We loved it! My partner and I actually live here in Tucson on the east side, but are not familiar with all of the restaurants downtown. I booked this as an anniversary week treat and we had a wonderful experience. Our guide Steve was great!

Trip to Tombstone
Have to say that I was a bit worried to go as a single woman on a trip in rural Arizona but what a great day. This is a trip well worth taking. Michael was a great tour guide and I learnt so much about Arizona and its history.. I would definitely recommend.

Breathtaking views for miles!
We did the 2-3 self guide driving tour and it was perfect! We were staying at My Lemmon Lodge and wanted an activity to do so this worked perfectly. I found the voice calm but informative and it was nicely timed to the gps to give you time to stop to see stuff! Will definitely be using this app for future trips!

A small but high quality museum in a convenient Tucson location
Excellent museum experience with interesting exhibits. We also enjoyed browsing in the attached gallery featuring fine art created by Tucson artists.
