They missed a golden opportunity. It was the best possible experience that i could book online. Our guide was very polite, funny and gave us a lot of detail and history about Sofia. Kris is a native, which is awesome becouse i could also ask about words in bulgarian. He showed us beautiful spots to enjoy. I was with three of my friends and all of them was happy after the tour. I would highly recommend it to other tourists.

Marina the hostess provided a fun and interesting presentation on the Bulgarian Rose, we learned a lot about the process of making oil, perfume, tea, jam and chocolate from the rose. we were able to sample chocolate, jam and sweets with Rose tea. Would highly recommend this experience.

Plovdiv is definitely a must-see, plus with a guide like Martin it was very pleasant and interesting. He is knowledgeable and nice. In the afternoon, however, we changed guides to reach the second destination and she was not as knowledgeable or nice.

Had a great time, loved the hike and the monastery

An excellent tour that allows you to discover both the beauty of the nature of the 7 lakes, 2 possible hikes, not difficult, with several panoramas, and the Rila Monastery, a must-see, which impressed me. It is fascinating. The guide, friendly and kind, communicates useful information on the comfortable bus and will give you 2 maps, very practical and easy to understand (of the 2 hikes with distance and time to plan between the lakes, and the map of the monastery and its history). I highly recommend this day to you.

Super pleasant and highly recommended experience. The staff is charming, and to our surprise, we were able to do it in Spanish thanks to Nia, who speaks it very well. We tried a selection of cosmetic and food products made with roses, while they explained their history and tradition in a very interesting way. They are honest and do not pressure you to sell you anything. Without a doubt, an experience that is very worth doing in Bulgaria and that should be better known.

Really nice. One of the boys has a history degree and he explains and gives you a resumé of bulgarian history through yogurt history. Also about the bulgarian traditions. It is a family business that deserves support...mom prepares the cupcakes (delicious) and the products (some homemade by her and others from local producers). Everything is good. Really nice and interasting. They are super polite, educated, well informed and funny.

This tour gave us a much better understanding of the history and culture of both countries. We loved that it wasn't just about checking off famous landmarks, the guide also shared local stories and recommended places to try traditional food.The pace was comfortable, the accommodations were good, and the scenery along the drive was beautiful. Looking back, it was one of the most enjoyable trips we've taken in Europe.

From the first day to the last, everything was handled professionally. Transportation was comfortable, the hotels were well chosen, and the itinerary included a great mix of famous attractions and quieter places.We especially appreciated having enough time to enjoy each stop instead of feeling rushed. If you're considering exploring Romania and Bulgaria, this tour is an excellent choice and offers a wonderful balance of history, scenery, and local culture.
