Pristina Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Naser is a star. Wonderful ❤️ tour guide with an extensive knowledge. You can ask him any question that comes to.your mind. He has all the answers with deep explanations. We enjoyed a lot. Monastery was stunning. Bear sanctuary is remarkable as well. Has a restaurant in where you find freshly cooked pogacas (i am not sure if i pronunce well) in a stunning atmosphere. Just a small note most of the shops in Pristina were closed on sunday. Cafes and restaurants were open. Could be better in the week days if you like souvenirs . We couldn't book for Prizren . Next time we want to see Prizren as well .

A great experience of Kosovo in a very manageable time. Nasser is a superb host as well, and the tour covers so much of Kosovo. Affordable too!

Comfortable ride with a professional driver. It was easy to locate him at the airport. I would recommend this service to a friend

We joined the tour in June 2026. Our guide was a friendly, knowledgeable and informative person. He provided lots of interesting information and history of Peja. Great to see the outskirts of Peja i.e. Bajrakli Mosque, museum and the amazing scenery in Rugova Canyon and waterfall. Great and wonderful half day tour. We learned much of the culture of Peja. We highly recommend!

Visar was an excellent ambassador first for his country, and for his city Pejë. Professional and competent he is an excellent guide and good advisor to explore Radavc and Rugova canyon. Full of knowledge I had a good overview of the history of the region with him. I recommend this VIP private tour with him if you want to have a memorable experience. Thanks Top Balkan tour !Raouf

I had an amazing 4-day tour in Kosovo! During the trip we visited Peja and the beautiful Rugova Valley, the Old Bazaar in Gjakova, the Prizren Fortress, the Monastery of Deçan, and many other wonderful places. A special thanks to our guide, Edi, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire tour. He made sure everyone felt comfortable, shared interesting stories about the history and culture of Kosovo, and was always happy to answer our questions. The itinerary was well organized and gave us the opportunity to experience the natural beauty, rich history, and warm hospitality of Kosovo. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore the country. Thank you, Edi, for making this trip such a memorable experience

Highly recommend booking this tour. Bekim is full of information and is extremely hospitable. I had a wonderful time learning about the history of Pristine and Prizren.

Our 4-day tour of Kosovo with Top Balkan Tours exceeded all our expectations. We explored Pristina, Peja, Rugova, Gjakova and Prizren, and each destination had its own unique charm and history. The itinerary was perfectly organized. Rugova breathtaking scenery was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Our driver and guide were professional, knowledge, and incredible welcoming. The hotels were excellent, transportation was comfortable and every detail was taken care of. If you're planning to visit Kosovo, I highly recommend Top Balkan Tours.

If you’re considering a visit to North Macedonia, I can’t recommend this private tour of Skopje and Ohrid enough. It was the perfect way to experience two incredible cities, each with its own unique history, culture, and charm. Our guide, Petar, was outstanding. His knowledge of the region’s history, architecture, and local culture brought every stop to life, making the experience so much more meaningful than simply sightseeing. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and punctual, and it was clear he genuinely enjoys sharing his country with visitors. The tour was well-paced, informative, and personalized, allowing us to fully appreciate both the vibrant capital of Skopje and the breathtaking lakeside beauty of Ohrid. If you want an authentic experience with a knowledgeable guide who goes above and beyond to make your day unforgettable, this is the tour to book. It was truly one of the highlights of our time in North Macedonia.

Great walking tour and best done when you first arrive in Prizren. Semin is a local and shares a lot of historical and cultural information.

Bekim was awesome. Very knowledgeable about culture and history. Had a brilliant day today. It’s well organised tour. I had so much fun! Highly recommended, it’s a bit pricey, but with little time left in Kosovo, it’s all worth it in the end, Prizren's cobbled streets, quaint little cafés, and the mountain backdrop give it an easy charm that's hard to resist. Very walkable and it's one of those cities that wins you over straight away.!!

Semin was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about history, culture, etc. He tailored the tour to our interests so that we got to see things we would never have seen. The vehicle was comfortable and cool. Thanks!

Semin is incredibly knowledgeable, especially for someone so young. He answered all our questions about the history and impact on the region with depth and clarity. Beyond that, he has the most humble etiquette and a genuine, heartfelt sense of hospitality on behalf of his people. As someone who loves exploring history, I really appreciated how the tour captured the essence of both Prishtina and Prizren — from the mosques and churches to the key landmarks. We also got to experience Balkan food and culture along the way, which made it even more special. The people we met were so polite, welcoming, and relaxed. It truly gave me a warm impression of Kosovo. The tour is absolutely worthwhile if you want to cover both the capital and the second-largest city. In my opinion, Prizren has the more picturesque views. The journey between the two cities is beautiful too — lush mountain views and clusters of homes with terracotta roofs.I only had a couple of days in the country. The first day was the tour, which left me both satisfied and in awe. The second day I used to enjoy the hotel spa.Semin’s English is also fantastic. Most young Kosovars learn English as a second language, and many are taught Oxford English. Semin understood everything, was very attentive, and made the whole experience seamless.Highly recommend booking with him if you want a thoughtful, informative, and warm tour of Kosovo.

Great company, happy drivers!

When I think about my trip to the Balkans, I have such wonderful memories of my time in Pristina. I can't tell how valuable a private tour was. Talking to a local and truly getting a perspective was invaluable and rewarding. This tour was amazing!

Good service. I arrived late evening and driver waiting and friendly. The driver was also kind to ensure I got safely to hotel reception as part of road closed.
