Absolutely — here’s a warm, lively version that keeps your enthusiasm and that little wink:**10/10 – just do it!**What an absolutely wonderful experience. We joined Alina’s cooking class with the whole family, including our teenagers, and every single one of us loved it.From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Alina welcomes you so naturally into her beautiful Italian home — honestly, it feels like a little piece of paradise. The setting is gorgeous, the atmosphere warm and relaxed, and Alina herself is incredibly kind, generous and full of energy.You learn a lot, you cook delicious food, you laugh, you eat… and then you get to sit down together afterwards and enjoy everything you’ve made around the table. That part was just as special as the cooking itself.And yes, it may technically be *slow cooking* — but it is taught in a wonderfully speedy, very Italian way. 😉 Full of passion, stories, tips and enthusiasm from start to finish.It really doesn’t get much more authentic than this. Delicious food, a beautiful setting, a heartfelt welcome and such a generous experience.

What an incredible experience! Alina and Lucia were wonderful hosts. We were a family of 5 with 2 children (aged 14 & 11). The workshop was great for all! We made pastas including gnocchi, a tomato risotto and a summer tiramisu. All were super delicious! It was fascinating to see where the olive oil is produced too. Highly recommend! We would visit again!

Cooking with Raffaella in Umbria was one of the best things we did in Italy. From the moment we arrived at the farmhouse outside Perugia, it felt less like a tour and more like being welcomed into someone's home. Raffaella cooks with real love, and it shows in everything she teaches. We learned the little tricks that make Italian cooking what it is — how ingredients and techniques shift as you move from northern to southern Italy, details you'd never pick up from a cookbook. But the best part was the end of the class: sitting down in her garden to eat the meal we'd just made, drinking wine from her own farm. That's a moment you can't manufacture — it only happens when someone shares their real life with you, not just a recipe. This experience has all the small-town Italian charm you hope for and none of the tourist-trap feel. Highly recommend it to anyone considering it — you won't regret it.

We learned which ingredients matter and the technique for building the dough (which was very different from how I do it at home). Very good instructions and lots of patience to try. We all had a wonderful time and took home our food to cook in a few days after it cured. Wonderful finish across the street with some tastings.

So so much fun with Alice & Alex!
We had so so so much fun with Alice, Alex & Bella for the cooking class! From picking us up to dropping us off, we laughed the entire time - they were an absolute joy to be around, we made pasta and ate outside with gorgeous views and there were so many different wines and food for us to taste, it didn’t even really feel like a tourist experience, it just felt like we were hanging out with some friends! Would highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for something a little unique or just to have some fun and eat great food!
