This exp was so fun! Our guide, Maria made sure we had a great time, enjoyed the open bar and all! Great time to snorkel and just float in the water. Also beautiful sites!!Highly recommend eating before and at the island, the food was the only thing we did not enjoy.

We did the cenote and lagoon tour on our honeymoon. It was around $180.00 for two of us. They do try to get you with a $40 per person photo fee. You can take photos at the lagoon but not the cenote. It was very enjoyable. Pickup was right on time and explained very thoroughly in the email. It was a smooth process. The van was comfortable and spacious. Fernando was sweet and a great driver. We picked up other passengers along the way. There was around 14 of us I believe. We ended up getting to Yal Ku. JJ was a wonderful tour guide explaining natural history and explaining the process of how to snorkel. He helped us spot a sting ray, eel, and many other creatures. We then went to the cenote, which was gorgeous. JJ made sure to explain everything and added humor throughout. It was overall a great experience. Recommend.

Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. All the services we contracted were very well organized and met our expectations. We enjoyed our trip very much and felt very relaxed having everything coordinated.I want to especially highlight the attention of Alexa Cruz, our advisor, who was always very attentive to us, answered our concerns, and provided us with very kind, approachable, and professional service. Wow, what a beautiful place. The team (frida, Alejandro and the rest) were so hospitable. We were met outside our cruise ship and literally had to walk about 20 steps to get on the boat. We did the fury last time we’re here and this was such a nicer experience. So many fish when we snorkelled, lovely lunch and only about 25 guests.Bar was free flowing. Definitely recommend

This tour way amazing!!! There were SO many whale sharks, coming at us from all directions. The guides were great, Carlos in particular went above and beyond when dropping me back off at my hotel and realized I may have Ubering issue for my next venture, and offered to drop me off at me other hotel. From pick up to drop off was amazing!

This was an excellent excursion- so much for the price. We LOVED the snorkeling. We have snorkeled a lot of places and this was one of the best. Rodo and Maui were very aware of those who were not experienced…in fact, they put some on a water ring and pulled them through. It was an amazing snorkeling experience. The cenote was a quick, fun time to cool off. We wish it would have been last. ATV were not our favorite. It was dry and hot and a really rough road- but some of our group loved it. We road double. The zip lining was so fun!! They were all very cautious and made sure everyone was safe. We had people who didn’t like heights and were very worried about this. They loved it!! The arranged transportation was nice too except the ride back. The driver had extremely loud, vulgar rap music playing. The drive was convenient but not relaxing or enjoyable Expect to pay LOTS of extra tips. Everyone will ask for tips.
