The tour was good. The locations that were pick for photos was a good choice. The tour guides were excellent, very friendly. However the main attraction which was the sculpture garden was closed due to construction. It would have been appropriate for Cool Destinations to make us aware and let us decide if we still wanted to do the tour. In stead our payments were deducted from our accounts with our advising us of the change. I traveled from Washington DC and my sister from Ghana Africa just to experience it. We found out the morning of the tour from the tour guides who thought we knew. Cool Destinations’s failure to communicate does not take anything away from the tour or the guides. As I stated they were wonderful.

We had a truly wonderful day on this tour and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya area. Everything was very well organized, yet still felt relaxed and unhurried.Our first stop was the Escultura Ven A La Luz, which is an iconic and very photogenic spot. From there, we continued to ATIK Tulum Park, where we had plenty of time to explore and take more fantastic pictures.A real highlight was the visit to a beautiful cenote, where we could swim and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The entire experience felt very calm and never rushed.Later, we went to a private beach where we were treated to an excellent and authentic meal – a perfect way to end the day.A special thanks to our guide David, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the whole tour. He also took many professional-quality photos of us, which made the experience even more memorable.Overall, we felt very well taken care of during the entire trip and can absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a mix of sightseeing, relaxation, and great photo opportunities.

I think going through the cave in the dark was a mind opening experience. Also I loved the lazy river and the mud river!

Our family's trip to Xenses was honestly the best part of our vacation to Playa Del Carmen. No Youtube Video does it any justice. Our family of 4 had an absolute blast and I would do it again, even with just adults. We have 6 and 8 year old sons and they loved every part of the journey. The Xensatorium path was a little scary for the kids at first but after calming them down and speaking out loud during the course of the experience, they were reassured that nothing scary was happening and they were able to enjoy the experience. If you enjoy unique photos for IG, this is the excursion for you. We purchased the photo package and got some great shots. I highly recommend the package. It allowed our hands to be free and to enjoy the experience without thinking too much about photos. The camera angles were perfect as well, something that we may not have been able to achieve with our phones.

The Tulum Insta Experience was absolutely amazing! The photographers and guides were incredible—they made us feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time. They truly know the best spots in Tulum and helped capture the most beautiful photos. They also guide you on poses so you end up looking your best in every shot.If you’re visiting Tulum and want stunning pictures—whether as a couple or individually—I highly recommend this experience. The beach club stop was great too, and the food was really good.This was definitely one of the best memories of our Tulum trip! 🌴📸✨

It’s not a long tour but the drive n locations make seem long. The beaches are not picture worthy because of the seaweed over taking the shore . Plus the last stop and the beach club was the worse part of it due to the 15-20 minute drive on rough terrain to get to the beach club which you might want to consider another location.

Great experience, not much time to swim in cenote. The beach club was nice, but they should have cleaned up the sargassum. It was horrible.

Eduardo and Marissa did a wonderful job with the photoshoot. I'm happy with the decision I made to book adventures Cancun.

The staff was so attentive, patient, and friendly. They really know that they're doing and they're flexible with guests choosing their own photo experience. There were only 3 travelers on our trip and 4 staff (not including the driver), so we certainly each got a lot of individual attention.

This was truly such a great activity! I went to Mexico solo and loved having my pictures taken for me. The workers were incredibly friendly and patient. We got our pictures about 24 hours after the excursion ended and I was sent 250+ pictures to sort through! Food at the beach club was great as well.

Pick up from our hotel was 5:45. Got back to our hotel around 7pm. We had an amazing time. The tour guides were so patient and fun and the photographer helped to capture the best shots. Content became available by the next day. Good trip. Good vibes. The cenote swim was my personal favourite the water was so refreshing and cool.

Absolute BEST tour Cool Destinations offers. A MUST do when in Mexico Caesar and his associates are wonderful I can’t say enough about this amazing experience
