Seriously, you can stop searching for tours now. We have been fortunate to go on many tours in different countries with our children. This was THE best. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable. He was so accommodating and willing to change the itinerary as one of our children started to not feel well on the tour. He made sure that everyone was taken care of and we learned so much!Paul picked us up from our hotel lobby. He communicated clearly what we should bring with us and what he would bring. He was on time and let us know as he was approaching.It was an absolute pleasure to talk to Paul on the drive to Chichan Itza (which is not a short drive!). He is interesting and engaging. He gave us some relevant history and was able to answer our questions. He partners with a local guide at chichen itza who is brilliant. The other guides were all friendly and it is clear that he is well-liked by the broader community, which speaks to how he interacts with others. We took a long time here asking many questions and shopping with the local artists. Paul never rushed us and gave us as much time as we needed.We went to a fantastic lunch at a small roadside restaurant that was packed with locals (it was a local holiday the day that we went). He is friends with the cooks and one of my children was able to make tortillas with them.The cenote that we went to was great! Paul gave us the inside scoop so that we skipped lines and knew the best ways to have fun there. He tailored the choice of cenote to the interests of our family and the timing of our arrival to ensure the best experience.Our last stop was a town that we ended up not exploring much because one of our children started to not feel well. He adapted the schedule so that our son was more comfortable while making sure that we still got to try the amazing food there.Really, I can not say enough good things about this experience. As a professional researcher, I can assure you that you can stop searching now and just book!

It was a very nice tour. Out guide, Frank, had so much knowledge about the Maya as he even is a Maya himself. He explained everything about rituals, sacrifices, games and the gods. At every place there was enough greeting planned after a quick tour by Frank. I can definitely recommend him and the driver José, as the ride was very smooth. The only thing I have to admit is, that in the end it was almost 200€ per person for us, which was definitely too expensive in our opinion. Nevertheless was the tour and each spot wonderful to look at!

This trip really was wonderful! Getting to see the culture of Mexico, the Mayan way of living and the UNESCO Chichen Itza was really a great opportunity. Cannot forget the tequila tasting session! Myself and my partner had a brilliant day out, being able to live new experiences that we would not get elsewhere!All of this could not have been possible without our driver and guides along the way. Kevin and Juam took us through the culture and heritage throughout the day - helping us to understand the importance of these artefacts and being so welcoming and interactive along the way. Best Day!
This was our second time on this excursion, and it was just as amazing as our first. We were picked up at our hotel and shuttled to the port, where our boat was waiting, and we boarded quickly.Daniel and the crew created the perfect afternoon for our family of five. Pictures simply don't do the water justice, it is absolutely breathtaking. We spent the afternoon sailing, relaxing at a beautiful sandbar, taking a quick tour of the town with Daniel, snorkeling with Daniel as our guide, and finishing with more time sailing.From start to finish, the crew anticipated our every need and made our family feel truly special. This is hands down our favorite excursion we've ever taken, and that's why we came back a second time. I can't recommend Daniel and crew highly enough!

Having a private tour made all the difference—it gave us the flexibility to create our own itinerary, explore at our own pace, and spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. Great trip! Spontaneous adaptation to our wishes was possible at short notice. Perfect smooth organization. We were traveling with 2 families, first in Coba, then Muyil and finally Sian Ka’an. An early start is recommended to avoid heat in Coba. Be sure to take the recommended bikes, you can get around better. The floating in nature reserve Sian Ka’an was certainly the highlight of our whole trip to Mexico! Incredibly clear water, with life jacket easily doable for all. Contrary to our initial feeling, the hot chocolate was the crowning achievement 😉 we would book with Paul again immediately. He knows all about it: Historical, fauna and flora, current development, no question remains unanswered! Thank you very much!!! Unfortunately, no more than 5stars are possible, we would give 10!!!

If you are looking for an absolutely brilliant tour, where you end the day feeling fully educated about all thing Mayan, eating amazing food in the most beautiful locations, swimming in beautiful spots, whilst missing the crowds and with a tailor-made itinerary to meet your needs to boot, look no further. And what is more, with Paul, you will feel like you've gained a friend at the end of the day. I cannot recommend his tour in his BRILLIANT car highly enough. Paul sorted all the tickets and transport and all we had to do was turn up at the appointed time. He is a brilliant communicator, both before the trip when sorting details, and on the trip.

Kevin was the best!! Him, Victor, and Francisco were awesome on the tour. Everything went very smoothly and Kevin was a funny and great tour guide who kept things very light. My family and I learned so much from him. 100% would recommend but note that the lunch is served around 4-5pm and pick up is at 8am so make sure to eat a lot before/bring snacks on the road.
