A superb Acropolis tour — "bucket list" level great!
A great experience from start to finish! The office was easy to locate and clearly marked. The tour itself was well timed, the three hours were full but not overwhelming, and the group was small enough to make the logistics easy. It was great to have the admission tickets included in the tour price -- we bypassed all the lines and walked right into the Museum and Acropolis grounds.Our tour guide, Eleni, was an absolute gem! She was well-informed and engaging, covering both the history and mythology in a way that made the artifacts at the museum and on the Acropolis site come alive. She was considerate of every member of the group and it's clear she loves sharing her enthusiasm and pride in her country and its culture. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get the most from their time in Athens!

This tour was a fantastic introduction to Greek food culture, along with the sights and sounds of the city. Our guide, Peter, did an amazing job, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny throughout.We enjoyed traditional Greek pastry pies, Greek coffee, followed by a traditional Greek lunch at a taverna. We also really enjoyed the company of Peter and the other guests on the tour.We highly recommend this tour if you want a delicious, fun way to experience Athens.

Giannis was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and at all the stops you could see all the vendors really liked him. We do these tours because we find that food helps explain local culture. Giannis did a great job weaving his story of the culture by combining Greek mythology, food, culture, trade and history. Really well done, and the food was both very good and plentiful. An outstanding tour!

Four of us just returned from our Food around Athens tour with Ava. Everything was top notch from start to finish. We sampled a great variety of authentic Greek food from pastries, cheeses, olives, seafood, nuts, beans, yogurt, meatballs, etc… Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach because although the amounts are small, there are so many different samples that we couldn’t finish it all. We also had some wine and ouzo. Ava was outstanding…so very personable and accommodating. We all felt as if we made a new friend. If you want to try authentic Greek food do not hesitate to book this tour…we are so glad we did!

Andreas provided a casual, but knowledgeable tour of several venues around Athens, where we were able to taste lots of different items. Don't go with a full stomach as you will not have room for all the delicious food! A highlight for me was a visit to a traditional Taverna where we ate several dishes which were all excellent. Afterwards we received an email with a list of recipes and photos taken on the evening. A very worthwhile tour and Andreas was excellent
