On November 1, 2009, a 10-foot-high (3.0 m) statue of President Clinton was inaugurated along this boulevard, marking a poignant moment during a ceremony where the former president himself delivered a speech.

Recognized for its historical significance, the fortress received the prestigious designation of a Cultural Monument of Special Importance in 1948.

Mahmet Pasha Hamam

The roof of the structure includes two domes situated above the cold section, while the warm part of the hammam is adorned with nine smaller domes.
