Meeting and Pickup
Pick-up is carried out at the customer's accommodation, as long as it is located in the center of Porto, or at a point to be agreed. Whenever you book a Tour with us, we will ask for the address of the Accommodation where you are staying so that we can organize the start of the experience.

- For reservations without the “Pickup at the hotel” option, the meeting point is next to the statue of Vimara Peres, close to the Porto Cathedral.
- Collection and delivery to hotels and other accommodation is not included in Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos.
- The services included in the tours (visits to wine estates, restaurants, etc.) are subject to the availability of third parties and other groups/participants may be with the group during the experience. Schedules may be changed without prior notice.
- Please note that the total duration of the activity may be affected by traffic conditions. We strongly recommend that you do not schedule any additional activities or make other plans in the hour after the scheduled end time.
- Vegetarian and gluten-free meal options are available if requested prior to the day of booking. Please let us know before the tour starts.
- Although the tour is offered in French and Spanish, the tour will be conducted in English if there are not enough minimum participants.
- Tour routes may be changed without prior notice
- The guide will wait up to 5 minutes after the scheduled time.
