Siete Moles Tasting
Overview
In this Moles tasting it will not only be a test of each one, but rather you will have the opportunity to listen to the history and rituals of Oaxacan food, each mole will be served in the different ways in which we locals enjoy it every day. We will have dynamics where you will learn about the general ingredients of each mole and you will be surprised to discover the fusions of flavors. Each mole is a different dish, which will make you end up very satisfied and happy to have joined us.
We have unlimited mezcal along with the moles, so that you also end up being a mezcal expert at the end of the tasting.
It is not a cooking class, but we also offer a class where you can learn to make two of the moles that we will present to you here, so you can ask us about that class.

What To Expect
You must come hungry because you will have a dish for Mole, you will end up so full that it will be your lunch and dinner! We will have an experience of flavors like you have never had before, with ingredients that you find in our state and that make us characteristic of all of Mexico and the world. In this experience you will try the 7 types of moles made exclusively for your delight, first we will cool off from the heat with a delicious fresh water.
We will continue testing the moles from the mildest or subtlest flavor to the strongest and with more ingredients (should I tell you that between moles we will have a kiss of mezcal so that you can appreciate the flavors to the fullest? hahaha; but don't worry, we will always have water if you don't drink; D), it should be noted that 5 of the 7 moles that you will try are almost impossible to find in restaurants because many are used for special occasions such as weddings, baptisms, XV years, marriage proposals and each one has earned its place in our culture and now culinary rituals that we have in the state, we will eat it in different presentations and thus you will discover each flavor so that when you leave you will be a taster of Oaxacan moles
