Fabián and Regina are awesome! They know the area very well and give you the encouragement you need to keep going. My wife and I tried routes we would have never tried otherwise, and felt safe the entire time. They provide delicious snacks and great recommendations for the rest of your trip as well. If we ever make it back to Oaxaca, we will contact them again for another awesome adventure

This was my first time outdoor climbing, and it was way better than I expected! With the encouragement of my two awesome guides, I managed to complete three climbs, and I felt more confident with each one. I also learned a lot about outdoor climbing along the way. My guides were super professional, friendly, and easygoing. We honestly felt more like friends than guides and guests—we chatted, had breakfast together, and shared music. The whole experience felt so free and relaxed. I’m pretty sure this trip will be one of the reasons I keep climbing outdoors. I guess that’s what climbing is all about: don’t overthink it, keep going, and enjoy the ride!

Very nice experience and the level is adjusted to you. Fully peivate, nad I even got some food and coffee. If you enjoy rock climbing or want to try this is hreat and the price is good as well

Raymundo is a great guide and instructor. He is very patient, explains everything clearly, and continuously encourages me as I struggled to climb. In the end, I managed to complete all three paths. Great experience, would definitely do again!

It is a great young and professionel team. They really make you feel safe. You can choose between different routes and difficulty levels and can set your own limits. I had a really great day.

I feel so lucky that I found Raymundo when searching the internet for a climbing guide in Oaxaca. My 14-year-old and I are novices but my teen really wanted to try outdoor climbing while we were in Oaxaca. Raymundo was flexible about scheduling when the times on Cool Destinations didn’t work with our schedule and also when an injury meant we had to delay our climb by a week. Raymundo is a licensed and certified guide and really made us feel safe despite our lack of experience. And, when my teen froze up at the top of their first climb, Raymundo was so patient and reassuring and eventually even climbed up to meet them and reassure them through the descent. Fun fact: Raymundo is actually a surgeon who works as a climbing guide on the side.

Every climbing trip with the Ewa team has been a great experience and this summer I was able to enjoy it a lot. I love that on every trip there are new challenges to achieve and that with their guidance, as they are great climbers and coaches, the challenges are achieved and above all one is guaranteed fun in a super relaxed environment and with all the safety equipment.

My friend and I had an amazing first experience outdoor climbing on this tour. The two guides were so encouraging, supportive and funny, and made the experience so much fun for us. Would highly, highly recommend this tour for anyone with any skill level of climbing! The delicious tamales for breakfast were a great added bonus. Everything felt extremely well planned and felt catered to us!

I had a great time climbing with Raymundo. I have limited outdoor climbing experience and Raymundo was very helpful with refreshing my knowledge of the basics of knot tying and repelling, making for a safe experience. We went to a crag 10 minutes from Oaxaca City which had beautiful views and - most importantly - fun climbing. If you’re looking for a fun day of exploring outside of Oaxaca City, I’d highly recommend one of Raymundo’s experiences!
