What To Expect
Immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience as we explore the world of traditional Oaxacan mole, enriched with local touches and gastronomic surprises. We will begin with an exciting tour of the market, where in addition to collecting the essential ingredients for our mole.
Once in the kitchen, we will learn to prepare Oaxacan mole following authentic methods, and we will combine it with an exquisite main dish. In addition, we will delight ourselves with a typical Oaxacan dessert, we will cook everything in our cooking class and we will enjoy many culinary secrets.
Don't forget that if you come to Mexico we will teach you how to make various Oaxacan sauces, with chilies and different products from the region. As a special surprise, we will incorporate a locally grown ingredient that will bring an exciting twist to our menu, perhaps a type of herb or an exotic fruit that highlights the nuances and authenticity of traditional Oaxacan cuisine.
