There is also an excellent visitors’ centre that will help to shed light on the fascinating people who lived and worshipped at Stonehenge.
Salisbury Cathedral is a short drive away, and what a surprise is in for you as you get to the splendour of this 13th-century English Gothic masterpiece, take in the tallest spire in Great Britain, and view the Magna Carta (which dates back to 1215), one of democracy’s oldest documents.
Marvel at the oldest working, medieval clock in the world and enjoy a relaxing transfer back to Central London after the tour.
