Meeting and Pickup
Pickup from any address of your choice in London (Zone 1-2). Everyone from the group must be picked up from the same location at the same time. Service must be booked at least 24h prior to the pickup time. 15 min for Local Pickups is included in the price , after which we charge additional Waiting and Parking fees where applicable.IMPORTANT! Please ensure your phone is switched on and that you are available to receive calls at the time of collection using the number provided in the booking. Failing to do so might cause your booking to be marked as a Customer No-Show in case we can't locate you at the pickup location. NOTE: 1 Big Luggage means up to MAX 20KG (Size L (75) measures MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Small Luggage means hand luggage up to 10KG. (Size S (50) measures MAX 55x40x20 cm.)
What To Expect
Visiting London - Private Day Trip - London Chauffeur Service
Experience a comfortable tour of London's top sights with a skilled chauffeur. Choose the perfect vehicle for your needs and select the destinations you wish to explore.
Select a duration of 4 to 12 hours to enjoy the convenience of having your private vehicle with a driver on demand wherever you go.
When booking this service please make sure you book a vehicle which can accommodate ALL TRAVELLERS + THEIR LUGGAGE - Failing to do so might result in NOT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL - the driver can refuse to take you onboard if you show up with a bigger amount of luggage then stated in the booking.
A driver will arrive at the Pick-up location you selected with the car of your choosing. They will transport you to your destinations within the allotted time and in the end drop you off at your desired location within our operating area.
Please let us know which sights you would like to visit, or you can tell your driver on the day where to go. Please note that terms and conditions may apply.
This is not a guided tour but a transportation service only. If you wish to organise the tour guide - you are free to do so - he can be on board with you.
For Airport Pickups please provide your FLIGHT DETAILS - once booked, we monitor the flight and change the scheduled pickup accordingly to the actual landing time to avoid extra charges. The driver will wait in the arrivals hall with the NAME BOARD at the scheduled pickup time - PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF SOME TIME TO CLEAR THE CUSTOMS when scheduling the PICKUP TIME.
Meet and Greet for Airport Pickups is not included in the price - you will be charged extra £10 and this include - free 30 minutes of waiting, after which we charge additional fees = £5/ every 15 minutes + additional Car Park fees where applicable. Once the driver meets you, he will transfer you to the destinations you choose and final address of your choice, which must be provided at the time of the booking.
IMPORTANT: The total duration of the trip must not exceed booked amount of hours, otherwise additional fees for extra waiting will be applied accordingly.
