Fresh pasta and dinner in my biogarden
Overview
You will be fascinated by anecdotes about how my grandmother prepared pasta, and what cooking represented in the past and still represents. And then our traditional music, in our local language! An immersion in true Apulian life and Italian sociology. I will communicate with my heart and experience. And, once you get home, you'll produce your own good food, and you'll treasure the memory of what I showed you.
The lunch that follows is collaborative, everyone helps, with dishes and pans in their hands. The wine, the foods I serve together with the pasta we prepare together and that are all local and largely the result of my organic garden, all local and fresh, do the rest.

What To Expect
My promise: a cheerful, fun creative experience and a relaxed atmosphere; I want to involve you in our culture and in our way of life. I want you to take away with you a small bag of pasta made by you and a lot of hospitable Puglia.
I won't bore you with long descriptions and notions but as we start our lunch or dinner, I will tell you about the poverty of our traditional food and how much this now becomes a luxury because it is healthy food; of the varieties of grains, of the different types of pasta in Italy; some tricks to make it succeed!
