We provide the driver's contact information to our customers 6 hours prior to ride. 2 hours before the ride will send the specific meeting location to our customers.//Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride to the same drop-off areas//* Infant seats are available subject to availability not guarantee (ask for them at special request) *
What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers.
2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket.
8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.
