What a charming city and what a beautiful walk. I really had no idea that the victory over the Spanish started here in Allkmaar. Very nice tour!

A very nice way to see and experience a city in a different way. You will see more and read more about the special properties that exist. Some knowledge of the city is a small advantage for the quiz questions. Very nice and accessible for the whole family.

If inhabitants of Alkmaar still came to places we have never been. You sometimes have an advantage in the questions (which are quite simple and therefore fun to do with children) if you are familiar in the city. The description at each point was just right, not too long but informative.

We did the Friday cheese market and city tour with Jen and it was one of the highlights of our trip!! Jen is THE person to do go with for the cheese market. The group is small - we went with just two other couples - and she has the inside scoop to get the best seats in the house to see the action. The walking tour of this magical town was also wonderful. Thank you Jen for some great memories!!

We really enjoyed the tour beyond expectations. Jen ia a great guide that knows a lot about the history of Alkmaar. But above all, she tells stories with passion! This walking tour is a must when you're visiting Alkmaar.

Nice assignments. Good to do. In addition, all in all also a nice walk through the cozy Alkmaar. We are well known in Alkmaar, but you still come across nice places that we do not know yet.

Very nice way to explore the city. Alkmaar has a beautiful history and you will be guided through it, so Alkmaar has more to offer than just the cheese market 😉. But the escape tour itself, you can also find a lot of in-depth information via the many ANWB information signs on the route. In addition to a fun afternoon, I also learned a lot about the history of the Netherlands and Alkmaar. Because there is no time, you can also occasionally go on a terrace, or dive into a shop.

A nice way to explore a city.

In alkmaar done the E-treasure hunt of Quala. since there is no time limit on the treasure hunt we could do a side activity every now and then or in the cafe. the treasure still leads you through all of alkmaar and is certainly a nice way to see the important points of Alkmaar.

Was super nice route with short explanation and free to take the time have split it in two with a high tea and then continue the walk again
