Unforgettable Rijksmuseum and Van Goph Museum Tours
During our stay in Amsterdam, we reserved Walda as our guide to both the Van Gogh museum and Rijksmuseum which turned out to be an excellent decision! In the Van Gogh museum, Walda painted a vivid picture of Van Gogh's life by sharing the history and meaning of many of his paintings. And in the Rijksmuseum, she expertly dissected some of the museum’s most significant pieces, in a way that was engaging and easily digestible for us laymen. She had a very friendly and personable demeanor which made it all the more easy to engage with what she was teaching us, and to ask questions whenever we felt lost. Overall, Walda was a lovely person, and an excellent guide, her passion for and knowledge of art history was abundantly evident through each of our interactions. We certainly would not have appreciated the art we saw nearly as much were it not for Walda, and we couldn't recommend her enough!

PJ was a fantastic guide for our day trip to The Hague. He made the whole experience feel really bespoke and had clearly taken the time to prepare in advance around what we wanted to see and do.He was particularly understanding of the children’s needs and was very flexible and easy-going throughout the day, which made such a difference for us as a family. He planned a great mix of sights and experiences without making the day feel rushed or overly structured.PJ was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely pleasant company. We felt that the day had been planned specifically for us rather than following a standard tour itinerary. We had a brilliant day and would definitely recommend him, particularly to families looking for a more personalised and flexible experience.

Constanza came highly recommended from an old friend and since my wife and I were planning our 30th wedding anniversary in the wonderful city of Amsterdam, I knew I needed some help to make it special.I could not have asked for a more wonderful, pleasant and courteous person to deal with than Constanza. She was a joy to work with before, during and after our week long trip. She helped me plan the itinerary, she booked reservations and made sure our bespoke interests were accounted for. We spent multiple days together seeing all the sights that were important to us and she made us feel special and like a true friend that we had in the city.I can not recommend her enough to anyone looking to spend any amount of time in the city or the surrounding countryside. Our family had a wonderful day, and he was the reason it exceeded every expectation.From the very start, Matthew made everything easy - he met us at the train station and seamlessly guided us through the journey from Amsterdam. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about Leiden’s rich history, its famous intellectuals, and the remarkable inventions and discoveries that originated in this city. Having spent significant time living/studying in Leiden himself, he wove in personal anecdotes alongside the historical facts and landmarks, making the whole experience feel intimate and authentic rather than rehearsed. He is incredibly approachable and the kind of guide who makes you feel less like tourists and more like you’re exploring with a friend. The picnic was a lovely highlight, especially for the younger members of our group - the lunch and weather were simply perfect, though a heads-up for those with older guests...sitting on the ground was a bit of a challenge for some members in our group. And perhaps one of our favorite unplanned moments was when Matthew carved out time to stop at a local restaurant for a cold beer together.Leiden itself is a gem, but Matthew made this day truly memorable - he is relaxed, local, and genuinely fun. The tour to Zaanse Schans was very well organized and informative. We visited several windmills, a cheese factory, and a wooden clog workshop. Everything was clear, interesting, and on time.Our guide Ekaterina provided useful information about Dutch history, local production, and daily life. She answered all questions and managed the group perfectly.A great option to learn about traditional Holland and to see the beautiful Zaanse Schans with its windmills in just a few hours. Highly recommended.

Haarlem is just 20 mins from Amsterdam by train. It’s a neighborhood of Amsterdam. It is picture perfect area. It has an old square and a windmill. If possible, make this your base and stay here. It’s a quiet and laid back area but with the lake and windmill it’s a charming area. The pedestrian shopping starting from the old square is fantastic. Lots of eateries and plenty of shops. Great vibes and energy. I give this place 10/10 in Amsterdam. Don’t miss this area, you can easily walk from the station to the old square and the windmill, you can complete it within 3-4 hours without any rush…..

honestly didn’t think we’d have time for anything but duty free and bad airport coffee. but Otto met us at the gate with a stroopwafel (YES), helped stash our bags and suddenly we were sipping jenever on a canal corner like locals?? felt like i blinked and had a 1-day trip in 5 hours. Otto is funny as hell too. best decision we made on this whole trip.

I lived in Amsterdam for two years and thought I knew the city pretty well — but when my family had a 7-hour layover at Schiphol, I booked this tour so they could get a taste of the city without getting lost or overwhelmed. I decided to tag along just to keep them company... and wow.Otto blew us away. He’s got that rare combo of deep knowledge and hilarious delivery. We didn’t just eat stroopwafels — we learned why they exist. We didn’t just walk the canals — we learned how they changed global trade. He even made my dad laugh, which is a miracle on 3 hours of sleep.I’ve walked past the flower market and Begijnhof dozens of times — but seeing it through Otto’s eyes made me fall in love with the city all over again. And yes, we were back at the airport early, full of food and great stories.Highly recommend, even if you think you "know" Amsterdam.

Best tour of our trip so far!!
Olga was our best guide on our trip to Amsterdam. She is so knowledgeable about the dutch culture and history. We so enjoyed our beautiful day in Zaanse Schans we were able to walk through a windmill, climb to the top and learn about the inner workings, see both a cheese and shoemaking presentation, and enjoy some dutch treats. I felt our experience was unique. We enjoyed our tour with her so much that we are changing our plans and spending another afternoon with her in the old town.
