Meeting and Pickup
What To Expect
Upon arrival at Amsterdam Airport, your impeccable personal chauffeur guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point. As Schiphol’s familiar red-white meeting point is being relocated, you will meet your driver at another location. You will find this temporary meeting point in the airport’s main hall. In-between the escalators to train platforms 3-4 and 5-6 and close to the Burger King, there is a grey cube, with orange letters, arrows and a white dot, stating ‘Meeting Point’.
You will easily recognize your chauffeur by the Dutch Tours and Transfers sign with your name written on it. Please make sure we have your accurate phone number and that you are connected with the Free Airport WiFi service. Contact us at +31 627 27 27 54 in case of any unexpected delay at customs or luggage collection. Your private driver will be waiting for you up to 45 minutes after the aircraft’s landing, monitors the status of your flight and will always contact you before leaving.
