Apulian Cooking Class with Aperitif and Wine in Polignano a Mare

A great cooking experience!
We arrived late after some mis-direction getting lost. We were welcomed with smiles and completed a wonderful little class! The Chef Francesco had great humor and the class mingled well for an excellent time! We learned two types of pasta and had delicious wine.

Perfect evening with Fernanda, Francesco & Isabella

Cesarine: Pasta & Tiramisu Class at Local’s Home in Bari

Perfect evening with Fernanda, Francesco & Isabella
We spent a wonderful evening with Fernanda, Francesco and Isabella. Not only did we make delicious food, we talked and laughed and made memories. Fernanda didn’t only open her house but also her heart. Italians cook with love and that love was felt with every dish and every smile. I highly recommend this experience to everyone. Thanks to you beautiful people, to make time for us and make us feel like a part of your family. We would love to do this again sometimes. Big hugs from Magali, Linda, Nathalie en Sofie

tasted some real apulian oils
We sampled a bunch of olive oils and snacks right in Trani. So yeah, chill vibe with good stories behind each oil. So yeah, the aperitivo was just the right touch to end it all. Came with friends and it was a nice way to unwind and eat some tasty stuff.

The perfect authentic cooking experience

Small group Pasta and Tiramisu class in Bari by Cesarine

The perfect authentic cooking experience
This was the best way to get to know genuine local cuisine in Bari. We were graciously invited into Annarita’s home, joined by her daughter and mother, and cooked a delicious asparagus pasta (with orecchiette) and tomato sauce. Homemade focaccia, bruschetta, potatoes, wine, limoncello, and more were provided. It was clear so much care and attention were put into preparing for this meal. The family were so kind and made us feel so welcome into their home, taught us some new dishes, and made this such a special part of our trip.

Fantastic!
It was the highlight of my trip! We met with 3 generations of these women. It was fantastic. My husband and I totally enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone. The food was excellent and they were so welcoming in the Nonna’s home. We were made to feel like family.

fun way to taste local olive oils
we had a chill afternoon tasting a few different olive oils and some snacks. Tbh, the guide was super chill and not pushy at all. it’s a nice change from typical tours and the aperitivo snacks went well with the oils. I mean, small group made it feel personal.

cooking with locals was so fun
We wandered the market looking for fresh ingredients, our host showed just what to pick. Like cooking in her home felt like hanging with family, and the food was so good! Bonus: homemade olive oil and limoncello on the side. Anyway the whole thing was chill, relaxed, and super tasty.

fun day cooking and market walk
We had a blast walking through the market and picking fresh ingredients. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel like part of the family while we cooked in their cozy kitchen. The food was amazing and sitting on the terrace with sea views was the perfect end to the day.

Met some locals in their home and learned how to make real Italian pasta. Loved cooking alongside them and then sitting down to eat. The dishes were fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a cool way to spend the afternoon and feel like part of the family.

cooking with locals was so chill
Spent an evening cooking and eating in a Bari local's home. Not your usual tourist spot and way more fun. They showed us how to make pasta from scratch and we got to eat everything fresh. Super laid back vibe, felt like hanging with friends rather than a class. Highly relaxed and tasty night.
