The price was very fair. When we started we were surprised by how knowledgeable Barry, our tour guide, is about monuments & history of DC. We booked for two hours, but added time during the tour.

His knowledge of the city’s history, architecture, monuments, memorials, and the stories behind each landmark was incredible. He didn’t just take us from place to place, he brought Washington to life. Every stop had meaning because Bob explained the history, the symbolism, and the events that shaped our nation.One of the funniest parts was watching the crowds of people walking in the summer heat. You could see so many people stopping to rest with tired feet, sore legs, and exhausted faces, while our family was sitting back, smiling, laughing, and effortlessly taking in everything around us. We had the best seat in the city while enjoying a private guided tour. It honestly felt like we had discovered Washington, D.C.’s best-kept secret.We were traveling with our 3 year old, and Bob made the experience enjoyable for everyone. We had an absolutely wonderful private tour with Robert! The weather was beautiful, and traveling by pedicab was such a fun, comfortable way to experience Washington. We saw far more than we ever could have managed on foot, and the entire tour felt relaxed, interesting, and completely tailored to us.Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful company. We brought our two small dogs, and he was incredibly accommodating, even happily keeping them with him whenever we wanted to step inside somewhere.We never felt rushed, and Robert made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. Robert took my 2 kids, my mom and me on a wonderful sightseeing tour around the Washington DC monuments. He is extremely knowledgeable on the history and significance and came prepared with laminated photos and maps. We all had a great time and learned a lot! Highly recommended!!!

Had an incredible tour with Barry. Extremely knowledgeable on everything in Capital Mall area. Spent 4 hours with him on a ver hot July day. Saw everything we had hoped for and more. It was the highlight of our week in DC for my grandson. He still talking about Barry. Thanks.

I communicated with Chris, owner and driver, severral times before we booked. It proved to be very beneficial. Chris was quite prompt about replying to my emails/texts. Tour ended up being quite costly as the fireworks didn't start until after the president was done talking, so started at midnight! It was worth it though. We think Chris did a very good job positioning the pedicab in an excellent location for seeing the fireworks and taking pictures. The seats were very comfortable. We did have to ask Chris a couple times to go slower as the bumps were alittle difficult for us to handle. Other than than, very satisfied. We wouldn't have hired his company had they not been able to come directly to our hotel.

Chris provided a wonderful tour for myself and my 15YO daughter, who had never been to D.C.. The combination of Chris' knowledge, energy and passion made for an incredibly enjoyable evening. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Chris!

My parents and partner and I went on two separate tours with Rob and Don with Nonpartisan Pedicab in March 2026. This was a fantastic way to see the sights for my folks who were having mobility challenges at the time and needed a way to travel around the city with a wheelchair and limited walking. Rob and Don were kind, professional, and engaging and came prepared for anything the weather might throw at us. Rob coordinated with us before our trip to recommend the best dates and times to see the peak Cherry Blossoms based on the weather forecast and peak predictions. Our first tour was a moonlit monument tour and it was a cold, rainy, and windy evening - they came prepared with warm wool blankets for all of us, and had the pedalcabs protected from the elements with a roof and clear plastic covers! We chose to do two separate tours to see as much as we could in both the evening and day time as my mom as always wanted to see the Cherry Blossoms (day time) and the monuments are must so gorgeous lit up at night. Rob and Don picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, and/or our museum of choice - making transportation around the city so much easier and convenient! It's a bit pricey, but worth it for my family and our needs, and they customize the trip to your requests - they even had a proposal that weekend where Rob picked up flowers for the unsuspecting guest! I HIGHLY recommend this company for an engaging trip around DC, they both have so much knowledge and history to share!

Robert was awesome! We did a "greatest hits" tour of the monuments and sites around DC and Robert was friendly, knowledgeable and truly just a great tour guide he picked us up near where we were and then dropped us off right sg put hotel. Was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Booked through an agent on the phone because I had questions. That was nerve racking because after it was booked it didn’t show a time. DC pedicab did text me and ask/then verified my time which worked perfectly. My boyfriend and I had a great time and the pedicab driver gave us lots of history on dc along the way. He was incredibly personable and took several pics of us and waited as we went to view the trees, etc. Felt like our driver (Bogi) really went the extra mile for us. Really romantic and was perfect for my boyfriend who hasn’t spent much time in the area. This was a perfect way to see the city.

The tour was outstanding. Our guides were excellent and had incredible knowledge of the sites and the city. We learned so much! Fun for adults, teens and kids. Can't wait to do it again.

Our tour guide John was the best!!!! He was super knowledgeable and gave a great tour. He suggested going up in the clock tower as most people don’t know about it. Was a great experience!!

My family and I went to DC once in July for the 250 and then for the IndyCar race in both times we had went out with Barry. I would highly recommend booking with Barry I promise you you will not be disappointed
