Svit was a FANTASTIC tour guide- we appreciated getting all the thoughtful insights and details on history. Even my teenagers enjoyed touring the grounds on a cold and windy day- was great to get out for a walk, see the place, check out the cars and all the little surprises along the way. We went as a family of six and all enjoyed the tour. Looking forward to more tours with Svit in the future while we live in Kyiv.

Great experience and enlightening, thanks to our guide Alex. We visited Mezhyhirya in about 4 hours with the pick up from Kiev central hotel. This place is truly remarkable and contains many surprising facts, these buildings remind of what corruption is capable of. We didn't waste a minute on this private tour, and even on the way we learned a lot of interesting things about Ukraine as a whole.

This private tour is really amazing, make sure you get Max "The Dentist" he is great, he made the tour so much more fun and interesting, we got to see A LOT! 10/10

Max was a great and funny guide, i recommend!! Experience was great, max told us a lot of interesting facts about history of these tunnels,some ukrainian law and showed us some tricks inside the tunnels, Ačiū!!

Absolutely amazing experience! This tour to the Chernobyl exclusion zone exceeded my expectations. Daniel was my tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic. I went to the exclusion zone to create a youtube vlog and Daniel showed me some amazing locations to capture great content. I am so glad that I booked onto the private 1-2-1 tour as I saw extra locations than what I would have seen on the group tour, and also it meant that I could have a more personalised tour. Daniel was. very knowledgeable on the history and locations in the exclusion zone, and this made the tour extremely interesting. He clearly knew his stuff and he also asked me what I would like to see. Daniel is also a great guy; he is very friendly and approachable and truly makes an effort to provide a first class service when conducting a tour. Our private tour from Kiev was very exciting and enjoying. The weather was perfect, we had the chance to try borsch(very delicious) we also learned many interesting facts about the Ukrainian couture. The tour guy Svetozar was exremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Next time we visit Ukraine we will definitelly book with him again!

Amazing eventful, informative, active absolutely enjoyable day with Yurii as my mountain bike guide through some of the forests of Kiev. Very easy pickup I the morning right at my door. Babyn yar national Forest. Holoseeva Park Matuonal Forest. This was more than mountain biking. Yurii was so good at not only taking me through a variety of terrain but was so adept at stopping and presenting historical facts and showing me very meaningful sites of Kiev. So much unknown history there for me, An absolute must day for active individuals who want to experience a beautiful part of Kiev.

Went first time with Iryna and her hiking group and had amazing time. Can't wait for another trip :) Thank you 😍 highly recommend for English speaking people or Ukraine which would like to have nice time and make new friends😊

We have just returned from a three day visit to Odessa. We arranged our tours with Olga at Odessa Walks by e mail. She was very accommodating taking into account my husband's difficulties in walking. She is a wealth of information, very personable and a pleasure to spend the time with. At her suggestion, we took the Odessa historical walking tour first to get a general background of the city and then the two Jewish tours. We were also very interested in seeing the residences of the Jewish writers and intellectuals as well and she also arranged that tour for us. We feel that we toured the city with a friend and recommend her highly. Excellent.

I just finished a wonderful, four-day tour through parts of Ukraine and Moldova and a strange place called Transnistria. Transnistria is an unrecognized country within Moldava's borders, aligned with Russia. Many wonderful places were on the itinerary. The biggest attractions for me were the amazing fortresses and the churches. The fortresses were exceptionally well-preserved, giving a sense of what it was like to be there. Many of the beautiful churches, both Roman Catholic and Orthodox, were recreations of their former selves. The orginals were destroyed by the Communists when the Soviet Union flourished. It is real testament to the faith and dedication of the people to raise the funds to rebuild these churches.Because no one else signed up for this tour, I had a private one with my guide Dimitri. He was very knowledgeable about the areas visited, being both an historian and journalist. He had everything well-organized, and controlled our time without being controlling. He also introduced me to Ukranian food, which was delicious, and the wines, especially at the Cricova Winery in Moldova. The tour there was excellent.The hotels in which we stayed were satisfactory but not exceptional. Breakfast was included and provided a good variety of choices. The drives at times were quite long but necessary to see as much as possible of the countries visited. Kudos to Dimitri for his safe and expert driving.For those visiting Kiev and also want a chance to see other surrounding countries, I highly recommend this tour.

I spent three days with Olga, the first on a general city tour with a group I'd been touring with, the second and third were just booked by me --Jewish heritage tour. It's usually done in one day, but Olga agreed to split it up over two days, because of my health issues. My grandparents and extended family came from Odessa to the U.S. in the early 1900s. Olga made the world they'd lived in come alive. Her knowledge and passion was infectious, and I felt the unique spirit of the city: exciting, playful, and vibrant. She's great company and a wonderful story teller. My experience with her was unforgettable.

Thanks to our Tour Guide Konstantyn we had an amazing experience.He went above and beyond.For example when he discovered that we wanted to feed the Dogs.He purchased some anti bacterial wipes for us and took us to a shop to purchase food for them.He made it so personal , which made the entire experience memorable.I loved the fact that he showed us images of the Town before nature took over as that gave us a real insight .His wealth of knowledge further enhanced the experience.
