The boat trip with our captain Nicola was fantastic. With nine on the boat (two families with adolescents) we left Taranto and sailed out onto the Ionian Sea. Partly at a leisurely pace, partly at an enjoyable higher speed, we sailed further away from the coast. In the clear blue water we had a wonderful view of dolphins swimming in front of and around our boat. Really beautiful. Then we dropped anchor at a quiet spot for a swim. An outstanding experience! I booked this experience to propose to my soon to be wife, and it was the most amazing way possible. The experience is breathtaking. The crew was incredible. Francesco was super supportive and cooperative as we had to postpone the flight day due to bad weather, and I had a hard time finding a good day I was available due to work schedule. Highly recommend-Fun and delicious experience
We have been to Italy many times but have never done this experience. Lovely visit from of the farm and cows, great demo on the cheese making and finish with a cheese Board way to much for us finish and small bottle of rose. Delicious!! And there 2 dogs Mia and Billy were very sweet and stayed with us the entire tour. Grazie Mille

If you are staying in the area try to go in the beginning of your vacation so you can go back again to the retail shop!
What an amazing experience. Everything was well orchestrated. We enjoyed seeing the cows, watching the mozzarella demo, and visiting the Parma drying area. We totally enjoyed the samples we were served at the end of the tour. There was so much cheese amd meat left over that they even gave us to go paper goods. We even bought cheeses and meats to go in their small retail shop.

We’ve had the most amazing time at Masseria Fragnite. It’s definitely a big recommendation if you’re in the area. Lucia our guide was fantastic; friendly , knowledgeable and fun. She really made the experience exceptional and I hope you’re lucky enough to have her as your guide too! She gave us a brief & interesting history of the Masseria and the 5 generations. We then toured the Masseria, having the whole process explained in perfect English before we were handed a basket of goodies to accompany a plate of different cheeses that are all produced on the Masseria. That was unexpected and delicious! Thank you for a great morning! We loved it!

What a fantastic day!!! If you’re staying near Ostuni 100% book this tour. It’s a great bit of fun, you get to learn so much about cheese and how it’s created and most importantly get to enjoy a big cheese tasing at the end which was delicious!! 5 stars from us.

Great tour of the masseria and farm and of course the mozzarella area. We got to see how they make the cheese and afterwards, we had an enormous lunch and tasting provided by the masseria. Would definitely recommend!!
