Great way to get around especially in the heat. This little vehicle can get to narrow streets in old town that otherwise would require you to walk. Useful for less able.

Was such an interesting tour, nice amount of information. We got to make cheese. And then try all the cheese they make there. Beautiful farm. Highly recommend!

Simona made us feel very relaxed and shared her passion for cooking and taught us the difference between regions in Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience - we learned a lot and had a lot fun at this fifth-generation Masseria.

What an amazing experience. Everything was well orchestrated. We enjoyed seeing the cows, watching the mozzarella demo, and visiting the Parma drying area. We totally enjoyed the samples we were served at the end of the tour. There was so much cheese amd meat left over that they even gave us to go paper goods. We even bought cheeses and meats to go in their small retail shop.

It was an amazing experience. We started by mixing 2 ingredients to make the dough for pasta. The process to get the dough perfect was difficult for me but with the assistance of the class leaders I got it done. The next step we witnessed how to make Pomodoro sauce. The final step was to make the Orecchiettes. It was time to sit and eat and boy did we eat. The foods served were all local. We sampled local olive oil drenched on casa bread, tomato focaccia bread, buffalo cheese, Capicola, wine and finally the orecchiettes with the pomodoro sauce. Everything was delicious and the conversations were great. We met people from Germany, Greece and Holland. At the end we spoke with a farm house family member Francisco and got a small tour of the hotel area. This was an amazing experience with beautiful surroundings.

It was great, Simona was lovely, welcomed us into her home, taught us about this history and culture of puglian food and gave us a tour of her Trullo.

It has been fantastic, the self-guided tour is extraordinary, it is concise and easy to use.

The guide is super interesting! Serious and knowledgeable. It’s fun to see the cheese-making process and to be able to try creating a burrata ourselves. I would have liked a smaller and more intimate group, but the experience is worth the trip.

It was fantastic seeing all three towns in the one day. Although not a guided tour, our host gave information on the towns and some recommendations and guidance Well worth the cost.

We were greeted warmly and escorted directly to the air conditioned Mercedes van which was very comfortable. The Travel Assistant Chiara was engaging, a local with great enthusiasm and knowledge of the area.

Really good way to see Taranto, especially when hot. Great guide in Frederico who explained the history and also the city today.

We spent a wonderful morning on a boat in the company of friends and colleagues, amidst the sea, relaxation, and lots of fun.A special thanks to Vincenzo, skipper and owner of the boat, for his availability, kindness, and professionalism. He welcomed and accompanied us with great attention, making us feel at ease immediately and allowing us to enjoy the day in total serenity.One of those experiences that truly leaves a beautiful memory. Absolutely recommended!

The history described with passion and enthusiasm by the staff present at the facility, even the athlete's tomb was recounted with great emphasis. Must visit again
