Everything about this trip was perfect, from punctuality of the personalized pick-up, to the guide, the trip to and from the park, the destination, and the route. Took a spot on the available stage one hike, but agreed as a group to shift to level two with the additional 4km trek to the waterfall. Luis did an outstanding job as our guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.

Our guide Luis was punctual, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and went beyond to ensure we were all enjoying ourselves and getting the most out of the experience. This was definitely one of the greatest tours we have done in any country! Our tour Guide Aaron is very knowledgeable on everything, we learned so much more than we thought with this tour, Cantona is amazing full of rich history we actually liked it more than Teotihuacan. The transport was also great, clean vehicle and easy pick up and drop off. a really good driver too. They took us to a restaurant halfway through the trip and it was delicious.

Andrea was a good guide, English good enough. The city portion of the tour, excellent. Agriculture portions not recommended, way too far to drive to see a fish farm and a few green houses and a nursery.

What a perfect day! Edgar was an superb guide...his in-depth knowledge of the area, his ability to communicate in English, and his flexibility were greatly appreciated. We've been on many tours in Mexico and Edgar stands out as the best of the best! We saw so many interesting places on the itinerary, plus a few that were not, as it was on a Sunday and we were able to go to some weekend-only markets. Not only the churches...the Palafox library and the tunnels were a highlight The dinner at the end of the day was excellent and included a number of Puebla specialties, like mole poblano.

Great way to get out of the city and into nature
Wonderful hike with our guide Aron, who gave us lots of interesting information about the history of Puebla and surrounding area on our drive out. We had a very tasty breakfast to help us get acclimated to the altitude, and then we had a terrific hike at the national park. Aron made sure we stayed on the right path, accommodated our pace, and even helped us spot a couple of birds. The scenery was lovely and the views at the top stunning. Well worth the trip!

A lovely hike in the mountains with a great guide
We liked the idea of a walk in the mountains, but without our own transport or knowledge of routes etc. this would have been impossible. The guided hike enabled us to do so safely, in the confidence that we would reach the starting point, would be well looked after and couldn't get lost. We were blessed with lovely weather on the day: chilly, but with beautiful sunshine, and the views of the mountains were spectacular. It was a peaceful day out, away from the busyness of the city. Walking was relatively easy (not rocky and not too steep), but the path was very dusty at times. We are not used to walking at high altitudes, but the route was well chosen for our ability (7 km each way). Hiram was a great guide, very patient, judged our ability and walked at our speed, taking into account that we were interested in stopping to look at birds etc. on the way. His English was excellent and communication was great throughout. All in all it was a great day's hiking. Many thanks.

First of all an excellent commercial and professional service on the site with a person listening and attentive .. very responsive until we take care of! Good job! Hiking with experienced Aaron with whom we had the same desire: to flee the crowd that was climbing and be alone in the middle of nowhere! Being alone, super pace and ascent was done in 6 hours .. very concerned and precautionary for me .. thank you Aaron!
