We were in Puebla for a conference and took the tour in the morning after. It was a really nice trip, beautiful views, churches and archeology. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommended.

The hop on hop off Turibus was a perfect way to learn a bit about the history of Puebla and main places around the city. It’s a great way to see what places or things to explore more in-depth. We were able to stop for 20 minutes to admire the view and take pictures at one point. We loved the experience !

I went on this tour on a while and do not regret the decision. Although I had only an hour to city the beautiful city of Puebla because I arrived from Veracruz that day and the traffic was quite heavy, it was a very delightful tour. I got to see the most important sites (for me) including the Loreto Forts, the side of the Battle of 5 de Mayo under the commander of Gen. Ignacio Zaragoza.But beyond the beautiful sites were also the beautiful people I came across--like the ticket lady who told me where to get off the bus in order to catch my bus back to Veracruz; the tour bus driver who stopped at that stop to let me off the bus and also told me on which part of the street I must stand in order to catch the right taxi or bus to the Central bus station; the security lady at that bus station who did not only help me buy my ticket to get on the city transit bus that would drop me off next to the central bus station, but also helped me to get on that transit bus when it arrived.Thanks to her and the tour bus driver actions, I was able to make it to the Veracruz bus station and get on my bus with 3 minutes to spare.They are just some of the few Mexicans who went out of their way to make my visit to Mexico so pleasant. Of course, it helped that I speak the language fluently, but I am sure those people would have provided the exact same help to non-Spanish speakers.I strongly recommend visiting Puebla if you ever find yourself in México because the city is so beautiful and full of history.

Very accommodating to English speakers, helpful, good city tour of one hour. Some of the headset jacks did not work but overall it was a good tour of the city.

Our guide lives in Cholula and described what we were seeinf with brilliant insights. Not only did we learn facts, but also history and philosophies. She explained the connections between indigenous beliefs and devotional Catholicism brought to the Americas by the Spanish. The former informs the latter as well as social mores and ways of life in the many communities in Cholula and in Puebla. . She shared her knowledge of art and architectural history and of religion articulately.

The experience was great we loved getting to know several places was a safe walk they leave and return you in time to the meeting point, very friendly the personal tourism for my mother who has problems in her knee was the best thing we chose and very happy

When you arrive in the city of Puebla you might be overwhelmed at the options available. With hundreds of churches, restaurants, artisan shops, markets, parks, etc. the local guides can only point to so many options. Enter the Double Decker Tour Buses - they park right in the Zocalo alongside the cathedral and leave ever hour or so for hour long tours around the city. Guides are in Spanish, English and other languages and you get to see all of your options in one fell swoop. You take the tour, arrive back in the Zocalo, then map out your plan. And the tour itself takes you throughout the city centre, up into the hills, through backstreets and into unique areas of the city. I highly recommend for any traveler - take the tour first thing - then solidify your plans based upon your impressions and tastes.

An excellent way to get a feel for the historic downtown area before setting out to explore what is available. An English speaking guide was assigned to accompany us as the tour for every one else was in Spanish. She was well versed in the physical setting of the area as well as the history. We were very impressed by her and appreciated the company sending her with us.

Convenient transfer to Cholula with stops at a couple of magnificent churches and then stop for a couple of hours in the main square, from where you can also walk to the pyramid. Pre-recorded microphone explanations with some additions from the driver (there is no guide on board). At times very difficult to understand what it says, given the high noise of the bus and traffic. We returned to Puebla after about 6 hours. Excellent value for money

The tour narration is pre-recorded. So if you sign up for Spanish, it is Spanish only. The tour took us past several of the area churches and stopped at two for us to visit. It also stopped at the central square of Cholula at the end so you have 2.5-3 hours to explore on your own.

Excellent service and attention. The departure and return was on time. It really is a good choice for a work stress escape. You don't worry about driving, just enjoying yourself.

I recommend the City tour, especially for those who have little time to visit the city. The tour passes through the main important points of the city and is very pleasant.

On-time tour, formality, attentive staff, key places of Cholula were visited. Excellent coordination between Tip Tour and Cool Destinations.

We had a detail that when we arrived to take the tour, we were told that the agency (I want to understand that they meant Cool Destinations) where I hired the tour did not pass my reservation so they did not have 5 more places for the tour.Fortunately the Tip Tours & DMC solved the problem moved us and made our experience unique and wonderful as my children were delighted with the whole tour.
