Do this and the 15 dollar bus ride save the 200
Do this save the line to get tickets. We took a 15 dollar bus ride up and had these tickets and audio guide already downloaded. So while everyone else followed the herd we instead went straight into the site while it was still cool and toured with the audio guide for 90 mins then went back to the museum to end the tour. We saved 200 bucks we used to shop later.

Wow!!! What a fun day!!! Andre was fantastic!!! I highly recommend this tour. He even took us to get some original Greek food. The tour of the olive oil farm topped it off! My only advice would be to get a guide scheduled before you walk through the Olympia ruins.

For the second time (because the first time was so fantastic), we used Elena from Tours By Locals, to give us an expert tour around ancient Olympia! She is a wealth of knowledge and information! We also appreciated Anastasia, who was so fun and accompanied us on our private transport while sharing more information about Olympia/Katakalon. She also took us to a wonderful local restaurant for lunch and a cooking class with Greek coffee afterwards! My family of 7 including 5 young adults loved it! Highly recommend!

If you are visiting Olympia, booking with Stathis is an absolute must. From start to finish, his local expertise, warmth, and genuine hospitality made this one of the absolute best stops of our entire Greek vacation.Stathis timed our day flawlessly. Thanks to his intimate knowledge of the area, we were able to see all the major sights right at the best moments, completely bypassing the massive tourist crowds. Beyond being an exceptional guide, he is an amazingly kind and thoughtful host. He made sure our whole group had a great time and paid extra-special attention to our 8-year-old son, even bringing him homemade cookies that he absolutely loved!To top off his incredible generosity, Stathis gifted us a bottle of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, claiming it was the best in Greece—and after trying it back home, we can confirm he wasn't wrong!We ended our tour at an authentic Greek restaurant right on the water that Stathis recommended. Getting to take a quick swim in the sea before sitting down to an incredible meal was the perfect finale to a wonderful day. Stathis's personality, deep expertise, and over-the-top kindness made this experience unforgettable. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

We were lucky enough to discover Olympia accompanied by Natalia, a wonderful guide: very knowledgeable, helpful, passionate, and, for us, with the great pleasure of speaking perfect Italian. She accompanied us through the history of the site with great competence, enriching the story with curiosities and fun anecdotes that made the visit even more pleasant and engaging. The visit to the museum was also beautiful: she guided us through the most important works and artifacts, answering all our questions with great availability, even the most naive ones! Beyond her unquestionable professionalism, what remained with us is also the pleasure of the personal encounter: a cheerful, kind girl capable of immediately creating a very natural and pleasant atmosphere.One of the most beautiful experiences of our trip to Greece. We were traveling on Celebrity Cruise ship and decided on this particular tour. The tour company was in constant contact with us and gave clear instructions to where to meet our guide. Our guide was Joanne and she was energetic and experienced and made our tour very interesting. We visited the Olympia site and museum and visited the honey farm. Overall we had an amazing time.

Museum was very nice, quick and comfortable. Amazing walk through history. Guides tour isn't really needed, AC was good and cafe was stocked with a variety of items. The archeological site was truly amazing.
