Prompt pickup. Well organised. Beautiful, peaceful cruise with licenced bar and also nibblies provided. Sunset did not disappoint. Meal had good food, prompt service and friendly staff. This is a must do experience. Despite the fact that we were late for our appointed visit time - got lost on the way - we were welcomed and put on to the next trip out. Fortunately it was a quietish day. It was Roger who took us out on the boat to find the crocodiles - this is not a sanctuary or conservation site but just where these crocodiles live. He was very informative and entertaining on the whole trip and the crocodiles "performed" apparently happily. The Black Kites that followed the boat (they got fed too) put on an amazing flying show as well. It was a great day out and the Cafe is a bonus with a good selection of food and drinks available. There are organised trips (coach etc) to this place but we chose to hire a car which actually suited us financially.

We arrived at the Coral Reef Marina, to be greeted by the Zigzag crew right away! They were Very organised and ticked everyone off for a prompt departure. The ride was lovely, we were offered morning tea and afternoon tea and a delicious lunch. We were split into two groups for snorkelling. We were afternoon group so spent the morning on Whitehaven beach. We were offered to take a walk to a lookout nearby however chose to relax on the beach and absorb and admire its beauty. There were some fun water games available for us by ZigZag and they also took high quality photos (by choice) which I absolutely loved and later posted to Facebook. We then headed back to the boat for a delicious lunch with a variety of choices including pasta and asian noodles and meats with a bun/salads. We then got into our wetsuits and headed out to snorkel. I saw a turtle and it made my day. I felt extremely safe and someone was always around incase a member was in trouble in the water. We came back to the boat after an hour (which went by so fast because of how fun it was) and were offered afternoon tea on our way back. Thank you ZigZag for the best day out! The crew were lovely , helpful, caring, genuine and funny people! Definitely recommend

The Passion of Paradise crew under Captain Darcy are consummate professionals. Our day trip to the GBR was faultless from start to finish. Check in, directions and entrance to the boat were so warm and clear. Coffee & fruit upon boarding was such a nice welcome. The snorkelling equipment was clean and instructions great condition and instructions to be safe in the water were very clear, with the team watching out to keep us safe. The team got straight in with us to help guide any unsure swimmers and point out marine life we may have otherwise missed! Their commitment to customer service was evident when the swimming team got straight out and straight onto serving lunch, we were super grateful. The food at lunch time was impeccable and of super high restaurant standard- a stunning range of salads and hot food. On the journey back to land we had a 30 minute marine talk from one of the team, which was so so educational, concise and beautifully presented. The captains, skippers, chefs and stews have such an evident passion for hospitality and genuine care for their passengers. We have had an incredible day on board Paradise III, thank you to the incredible crew for such an unforgettable day! I cannot recommend this company, crew and day enough.

Really amazing informative trip on a quiet boat that gets you as close to the Crocs as one can. These guys have been doing this a long time and can tell all the crocs by name and their associations. This tour should be done by all , so you can learn about real crocs statistics. Not media hype. Thank you for allowing our doggo to come aboard too- he chilled and slept all the way up and back down the river, so you guys must be doing something right! 1 hour was only just enough time. I love hearing all the stories about the personalities!

In simple, it was a delightful experience. From the very pick up to the travel itself. Milford sound was exquisite too see with raw eyes and the path towards it was very much entertaining and informative thanks to the amazing guide! Her sense of humor was tops and the told stories were on point always. It is worth to mention that I had motion sickness and the guide was proactively asking how I was feeling and providing me medicine for it, thanks for that!

Had a lovely day out, despite the warning for 1.5-2mtr swell the ride was still quite smooth so dont let the big swell deter you. Our guides Chris & Georgie were great, kept the vibes up all day and were just lovely people. The price is up there but you do get the whole day out with lunch & afternoon snack included so worth it. We had a full boat the day we went but it wasn't over crowded. My daughters 9 & 14 had a ball and were amazed at how beautiful everything is. Highly recommend 👌🏻

This is me of the best activities we did in FNQ! We went on the 1 hour cruise, and saw 4 crocs- including Scarface. It’s a very eerie feeling drifting along on a boat, knowing that crocs are swimming around you. Our guide, Mark, was a wealth of knowledge and friendly. We will definitely go again when we are up this way next!
