I booked a trek to Gokyo Ri. In the original plan was the same return way. During the trek I found out, that I want to return across Renjo La Pass. Guide, named Bimal, was extremely friendly and kind and he was able to change the return way how I wish. I was very happy for that. Also the communication with the guy from travel office was brilliant. They made all of my wishes come true. Guide Bimal told me lot of interesting stories during the trek and gave me the best cure.During the trek I didn't have to care about permits, accomodation at all. Everything was managed by office.

This was one of the highlights of our time in Kathmandu. We started early in the morning and reached Nagarkot in time to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the mountains. After that, the hike through the countryside, small villages, terraced fields, and local trails was a great way to experience a different side of Nepal. The walk to Changu Narayan was scenic and relaxed, with plenty of opportunities to stop, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings.The admission fees that were included in our package made everything very convenient. We didn't have to worry about arranging the main entrance tickets separately.The whole experience took most of the morning and was well worth the time. We never felt rushed, and there was enough time to enjoy the sunrise, hike, explore Changu Narayan, and take breaks along the way.The atmosphere was peaceful, especially during the early morning. Being away from the busy streets of Kathmandu and walking through the villages made the experience feel much more authentic. The mountain views and fresh morning air were definitely a bonus.We really appreciated that this was a private experience rather than being part of a large group. It made the hike much more comfortable and allowed us to go at our own pace. Nagarkot can get busy around sunrise, but starting early helped us enjoy the viewpoint before it became too crowded.A special mention goes to our guide, Shishir. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend the day with. He shared interesting information about Nepalese culture, history, villages, nature, and the places we passed along the trail. He also made sure we were comfortable and never rushed us. Shishir really made the experience feel personal rather than like just another organized tour.The team at Himalayan Planet Adventures also deserves credit for the smooth organization, communication, pickup, and overall coordination. Everything went according to plan.I would recommend this experience to couples, solo travelers, families, and anyone who wants to see the Himalayan landscape without committing to a multi-day trek. It is especially good for people who want a combination of sunrise views, hiking, nature, local villages, and culture in one day.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and having Shishir as our guide made it even more memorable. We would happily choose Himalayan Planet Adventures again on a future visit to Nepal.

Had wonderful trek up to Poon Hill. I was with my Guide Bk, he is funny and helpful. The weather was rainy but worthy. Greenery, rain, water fall and less crowed make more peace and positive. The views of Himalaya was not clear but still enjoyed lots. Happy to recommended to Guide Bk and Eco Holidays Nepal.

I had an amazing day with Shishir. We started very early to see the Himalayas and then spent hours hiking through the mountains, villages and countryside, all the way to Changu Narayan. He took me to places I would never have discovered on my own and gave me a much better understanding of Nepal along the way.Shishir has an extensive knowledge of the country, the mountains, Nepalese culture and Buddhism, and was always happy to answer my endless questions. He was also very flexible and adapted the day to what I wanted to do, which made the experience feel personal rather than like a standard tour.Above all, he is a genuinely nice, trustworthy and interesting person to spend the day with. I really enjoyed both the hiking and our conversations.If I return to Nepal, I would definitely contact Shishir again. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone visiting Kathmandu who wants to discover the real Nepal beyond the usual tourist circuit.

Every step revealed breathtaking Himalayan scenery, and the mountains glowing in the morning light were truly spectacular.Another highlight of the journey was meeting people from all over the world. Walking toward the same goal together, regardless of nationality or age, created a very special atmosphere.The trek was definitely challenging at times, but reaching Base Camp made every step worth it. The guides and staff were incredibly supportive, which allowed us to enjoy the adventure with confidence.This was not just a trip — it was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that I will never forget.

We had veteran Raji guide us. It was a great trek with good judgment and fun explanations. She is also fluent in Japanese and English. If you want a Japanese guide, I recommend you nominate him.

Nice tour managed by peak to peak tours and treks . Enjoyed our tour. The sunrise view was absolutely amazing. Hospitality was very well managed

Day 3 Hike to Ghandruk to Nayapul.我々は、短い滞在でしたので、この様なタイトなスケジュールでしたが、ガイドのドディさんは的確にタイムコントロールし、登山初心者の私達を完璧にサポートしてくれました。 初日、2日目はどんよりしたお天気で、雨と霧の為にPoon hill に登る事は断念しましたが、雲が切れ雄大なヒマラヤを臨む時には思わず歓声を上げてしまいました。 3日目は気持ち良いハイキング日和で、ヒマラヤの山々とGhandrukの長閑な田園風景は大変美しく、忘れられない思い出になりました。ドディさん、心から感謝しております。ありがとうございました。 次回はもっと長いお休みをとって、必ず再訪します。Thank you very much, Mr.Doddy. The tour was very nice, nice guide along. Padam was very nice and showed us everything. He adapts well to the pace of the group. He also likes to talk to us and tells us about the area. It's a very nice route, and not too long. Enough challenge!!
