Amazing experience in Melbourne with Global Ballooning Australia
For our first trip to Australia (coming from the New York area), we decided to take a hot air balloon ride over Melbourne. This was my second time in a balloon and my husband's first time. From start to finish, the team at Global Ballooning Australia was exceptional. The communication from the team helping plan the trip was great, and the morning of the ride was spectacular. Pato led our journey with excellent assistance from Anton and the rest of the crew. The team was knowledgeable about ballooning, Melbourne and Australia in general. We felt safe and comfortable during the entire journey. The views over the city were wonderful, the sunrise lovely and the skill shown by the team in piloting and landing the balloon terrific. I cannot recommend Global Ballooning Australia enough--such a wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly crew and we loved that it's a family business!

Fantastic trip! Started with great coordination. Our tour was scheduled for Sunday, but I received a message Friday that the weather forecast didn’t look good and asked if we could go Saturday instead. We got to help set up the balloon then had a beautiful 40-45 minute (I think) flight over Melbourne and watched the sun rise. The landing in a park was super smooth, then we got to help pack up the balloon. Our balloon pilot Pato was excellent, and so was the driver of the chase vehicle. Both explained the process and ensured we knew all safety requirements. The GoPro photos were great and included a time lapse video of the flight.

Once in a lifetime experience!
This was truly a once in a lifetime experience! Chris was an awesome guide and made our balloon ride an unforgettable experience. We were in town for the NFL game in Melbourne, and he made sure we got to go close to the stadium and see the view of the field from above. It was so fun and we felt completely safe. The breakfast after was such a nice addition too! Would recommend this tour to everyone!

Amazing sunrise hot air balloon experience
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! 🎈We were incredibly lucky to see the beautiful sea of clouds (云海) during the flight, together with a stunning sunrise. The view was truly breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special and unforgettable.The team, Anton pilot, George, Nick and Queen were also very professional, friendly and attentive throughout the entire experience. Everything was well organised, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. We felt very well taken care of the whole time.Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and an experience I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable morning!

The best way to see the Yarra Valley!
If you are on the fence about booking a hot air balloon flight, do it!I was pretty nervous about it but the staff made us all feel so comfortable and safe and walked us through every step of the way. Even though it was pretty foggy during our flight, I think it added an ethereal feel, floating above a sea of clouds!It was honestly magical and I would love to do again, next time over the CBD! :)

Fantastic flight! Beautiful views! Pilot and crew and booking staff were all very lovely and accommodating. It was Mum's 87th bday present and they all looked after her very well! Brian, Luke, and Benny were very attentive and kind! Thank you very much! Highly ( pardon the pun😅) recommend!!
