The experience was incredible and the staff were all amazing. Shaun, Aled, Issy, Nur and Maggie. I have to give a huge shout out to Shaun. My sister froze at the top she couldn’t do it her fear kicked in to the point she was unclipped and not continuing. Shaun you were such an amazing instructor, so patient and you managed to get her clipped back in and over the wall. You even managed to get her to open her eyes for a photo. I can’t thank you enough for your patience and perseverance she was on top of the world for completing it. Thank you, Viki

Fantastic few hours - an adrenaline fix when going from standing to hanging out on the side of the wall at Anfield.... We were guided by Shaun, Steff, and Belle, and while they were all brilliant, Shaun and Steff as instructors on the roof were just superb. My wife was rather nervous and she was reassured brilliantly by Steff, and was so pleased to have done it when she landed on the ground. Thanks guys - a brilliant experience...

We all had a great day .Steffi was super reassuring ,supportive and professional. Everything was explained very clearly by Steffi ,Megan and the whole team . Megan was very friendly and conscientious when giving explanations,fitting and checking the equipment. The views were spectacular and all the many sights were well described and explained. We could see right out to North Wales and the mountains. Steffi was very good at making the whole experience very enjoyable ,making suggestions how to get the most out of the absail such as bouncing off the walls of the Main stand and waving to friends down below. It was surreal bouncing down past the enormous Liver bird high up on the Main stand Thank you to Steffi ,Megan and the whole team .

We had a fantastic afternoon experience and Steffi was amazing encouraging us to make the most of this wonderful experience whilst building the confidence of those less comfortable in our party .

Well wow!!!!! What an absolutely super day. Mega loved it.Terrifying at the top where I had to tip toe on the very edge and let my body take its own weight leaning backwards il not lie......and just finding it in me to simply let go was a biggie but once that fear had gone the rest was a super experience 👌🏼 10/10. Id also like to give a huge shout out to the lovely STEFFI. She was absolutely perfect in seeing me over the edge, keeping me focused and building my confidence right up. Her words, her attitude, her care and overall help was what made me do it. She was an absolute credit to your team so thank you STEFFI.May even do again lol 😆

Exellent well worrh doing the instructors Chris,Steffi.Maggi.Nur make the abseil easy todo even for the nervious ones will recommend for all ti do all ages catered for as well

Really enjoyed the Anfield Abseil experience today, Aled / Ainé / Maggi were super friendly and professional, helping to ease the nerves and make sure we got the most from the day. After visiting the Nou Camo earlier this year the museum suffers by comparison, but still nice to have something fun to do after the abseil.

Wow didn't think Anfield could get any better I've been for match days and now the abseiling unbelievable experience i will never forget huge thanks to Shaun, Àine & Erin such fantastic patient staff you have who guided us through every step. Thank you!

Fantastic experience today doing the abseil at Anfield. The instructors 'roof thrower off'ers' were amazing!! Erin, Aine and Shaun were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel so relaxed (as relaxed as I could be) making jokes and having fun. All the staff we met on the walk up were so enthusiastic and making jokes with us which just made the whole experience so much fun. Aine was so encouraging with me as i was super nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. Archie, my 10 year old said Shaun is sooooo cool and wants to be like him when he's older. All the staff at Anfield are just wonderful!! Really friendly and helpful. It's such an ace place to visit!! Thank you
